You see, when uploading, I'm usually a chapter ahead, so if I post chapter 3, I've already written chapter 4. I think I accidentally posted chapter ten as chapter 9, so please forgive me for that; I copy and paste it from Google docs, so uhh, yeah.
The chapter will be coming out in a few hours; I just want this to stay here as an apology for all those who were expecting another chapter and instead got this.
Also, on this note, I might as well clear up a few misunderstandings and questions I've commonly seen.
[Q]: Where are Itsuki's wings placed?
They are placed at his back like any other winged user, like hawks, for example.
[Q]: How does Itsuki's vision work?
It's 360 vision and works better than most; it occasionally disrupts his POV, but it's like playing Fortnite in a sense. I know some of y'all would acclimate quickly lol.
[Q]: How could Itsuki even dream of rivalling 'ROB'?
I think you guys misunderstand who that divine being truly is. He is not impotent or otherwise; he'll appear later in the series. It's called foreshadowing—I'm not just using empty words.
[Q]: Who is the doctor?
It's not an OC, nor is it Izuku's doctor. It's someone's canon, but I won't reveal him yet.
[Q]: Why didn't he adapt to get better at drawing?
Well, to be honest, I was using it as a joke, like 'no amount of adapting can generate pure skill,' although he will obviously improve. But for Itsuki, it's a leisurely activity; not much to adapt to if you don't want to anyway.
[Q]: What does the mc even look like?
Up to you; imagine him with either blonde or black hair. I don't really mind. In my head, he's a better-looking Megumi (not like Bumgumi was ugly anyway).
[Q]: How did the divine being make use of his lifespan, and why did he give up his memories?
His lifespan wasn't used; instead, he was born blind and deaf. That was why he was so confused at birth, because he couldn't see anything. And giving up MHA memories was the least 'generous' thing he could offer. His adaptive cheat is already sufficient to dominate this entire world given enough time; even without his knowledge, he would still be overpowered. Y'all are lucky I didn't remove it completely.
