CHAPTER 14...

"Oppaaaa!!!" Charlotte screamed and ran to him.
Mabel opened her eyes in shock and she got off him.
Raphael groaned silently.
Charlotte helped him up. Simone ran to him.
"Raph, what's going on? How did you end up on the floor?" Simone asked confused, he knew minutes ago he was talking with him and the next minute, he was playing a hero.
Raphael stood up gently, he posed like he wasn't in pain but his back was bleeding already.
Mr Bu clenched his fist angrily and he dropped his glass of wine angrily.
"Why the hell are you getting involved with her?" He grunted and walked away.
Charlotte almost burst into tears the moment she saw the bloodstains on the spot Raphael fell on.
"Oppa!!" Charlotte cried out hugging him.
Raphael broke the hug, he was starting to feel the pain on his shoulder.
"Oppa, let's go to hospital! I think you're hurt?" Charlotte suggested pulling up her long dress.
Raphael looked around and all the guests had their eyes fixed on them.
"Charlotte, I'll be fine. I think it's high time for me to leave. I shouldn't ruin your birthday party! Have fun and once again, happy birthday Charlotte!" Raphael smiled and turned to Mabel's direction.
Mabel's eyes were all red and teary, she had her gaze down. Her conscience almost ate her up for what happened to Raphael. She also saw the blood stain on the floor, it made it even worse for her.
"Let's go get your check at the hospital... You must've been hurt also!" Raphael said pulling Mabel with him.
Mabel looked up at him as he pulled her with him. The tears crowded in her eyes dropped.
Charlotte almost ran after him but looking back at her party, her guests all looked worried.
"Happy birthday Charlotte!" Simone cut in through her thoughts then went after Raphael.
Kent ran to Mabel breathing heavily. He was at the other side of the party when he heard what happened to Mabel.
"Charlotte, where's Mabel? I held she fell down... Is she okay?" Kent asked catching his breath.
Charlotte glared at him.
"She's fine! She just left!" She uttered rudely then walked away, brushing his shoulder.
Kent looked at her worriedly.
"Why did she sound like that? Where did Mabel go?" He questioned looking around.

Raphael got to the car and staggered holding the car door for support. Blood was starting to drip down his fingers.
He swiftly looked at Mabel, her eyes weren't down yet so he threw his car keys at her.
"Can you drive? Take me to the hospital fast!" Raphael groaned in pain and sat in the back seat of the car.
Simone walked to Mabel and took the keys.
"Don't worry I'll drive... Is it safe for you to be seen with us?" He asked with concern.
Mabel furrowed her brows at him.
"As if any of that matters... Someone just got hurt because of me. You think I care about what the media has to say about this!" She hissed and joined Raphael at the backseat.
Simone blinked a bit confused.
"Why is she so angry? I was only concerned" He mumbled then got into the car.
Raphael shut his eyes, wincing silently. The pain was killing him but he didn't want Mabel worrying about that.
"I'm sorry!" Mabel muttered sniffing.
Raphael didn't even look at her, he was sweating heavily.
"I know you told me to stay away from the pool... I tried to but I had no idea when Charlotte pulled me with her to the pool" She explained.
Raphael exhaled deeply.
"You could've been badly injured! You could've lost your sight or even lost your life... When next you're instructed to stay away from something then do it! Stop getting other people hurt" He fired frustratedly.
Simone stared at him from the rare view mirror. He could see the sweats on Raphael's forehead.
"Raph, are you okay? Hold on tight... We're almost there!" Simone cut in and increased the speed of the car.
Mabel cried silently facing the window.
~ VENOM BAR ~
Violet and Josh were seated at a table, having some dessert.
"You're quite feisty!" Josh cut in breaking the silence.
Violet chuckled with her eyes on her ice cake.
"I've always looked out for myself. I don't think I'm that feisty though" She said with a smile.
Josh smiled while sipping on his glass of juice.
"I love that about you... But not to be inquisitive, why are you not in a relationship?" He asked.
Violet dropped her fork gently looking up at him.
"I don't know... I don't find other guys attractive. I fear what I feel for Raphael is deeper than I thought"
"What about Simone? You know he has feelings for you right?" Josh asked and Violet widened her eyes in shock.
She almost couldn't blink for a second.
"What are you talking about Josh? Simone will kill you if he hears you saying things like that... Why would you even insinuate something like that? Not in a million years... Simone sees me as his bruh" Violet laughed brushing it off with her hand in the air.
Josh looked at her obviously surprised at her response.
"Interesting... You don't plan on telling Raph about your feelings?" He asked calmly.
Violet nodded her head negatively.
"I think I'm going to the grave with it!" She said defiantly.
"Wow!" Josh uttered in surprise.
He exhaled sharply.
I'm not the type to give up on what I want. He said in his head and wore a smile.
"Did I tell you about the night I had alcohol for the first time? Raphael added alcohol to my juice then he recorded my drunken moments...I was so embarrassed watching it" Josh said covering his face.
Violet laughed reading his expression.
"Do you still have the video? I would do anything to watch it!" Violet groaned with curious eyes.
Josh laughed and focused his gaze on her.
"Go on a romantic date with me!" He blurted.
Violet widened her eyes in shock.
"You're not being serious right?" She laughed nervously.
"I've never been this serious my whole life!" Josh uttered and an awkward silence swept the table.
Violet picked up her glass of water and gulped down a sip.
"Why would you want to go on a romantic date with me? I'm pretty sure you've got pretty ladies falling at your feet so why me?" She asked putting her thoughts together.
Josh smiled warmly.
"Cos I want to spend some time with you before I return to San Jose! I'm not asking you out on a date cos of the video... I'll still show it to you if you say no to the date..."
Violet saw the sincerity and honesty in his voice.
"Why not! Let's go on one!" She concurred with a smile.
Josh smiled widely.
"It's going to be a beautiful one... And here's the video. You better not change your mind about the date after watching the video!" He said feeling embarrassed already.
Violet laughed "I promise I won't!"
Josh scrolled into his phone gallery and tapped on the video. He gave Violet the phone and she burst into laughter seeing Josh twerk for his pillar at the sitting room, he was sweating heavily as he did that.
She laughed hard watching it.
Josh smiled admiring every angle of her beautiful smile.
"You're beautiful!" He complimented on a low tone.
1 AM...
~ SEOUL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL ~
Raphael had a cast on his left hand. Simone left already, Raphael restricted everybody from entering his room cos he knew Mabel was going to sneak her way in.
He got out of his room, just in case Mabel was still out there waiting.
He opened the door slowly and he found Mabel dozing off on the comfy bench on the lobby. She drooling so hard.
"How tired is she to drool this much?" He uttered in a mocking tone.
He went back into the room and grabbed a spare blanket. He came to Mabel and tried covering her with it just then she opened her eyes.
"How are you feeling now?" She asked in a sleepy tone wiping off the drool on her chin.
Raphael moved backwards hiding the blanket behind him.
"What are you doing here? It's not safe for you out here" He nagged.
Mabel exhaled sharply and stood up.
"I'm not that dumb to leave you alone here when I know you're clearly here cos of me!" She responded sarcastically.
Raphael furrowed his brows, he obviously didn't like her tone.
"Shouldn't you speak softly to me seeing I'm in this condition cos of you!" He stated honestly.
Mabel faked a smile and leaned closer to him patting his hair.
"Thank you so much Raph for looking out for me!" She uttered softly with a smile then she suddenly pulled his hair.
"Ahhhh! What are you doing? Let go?" Raphael screamed.
Mabel scoffed.
"I'm thanking you this once. Don't do it again, I also don't like seeing people get hurt on my behalf..." She stated seriously then let go of his hair.
Raphael rubbed his head gently, staring at her in surprise. He has never seen this side of her before.
"And what was that about bad energy? You jinxed me!" Mabel half yelled.
"No I didn't!"
"I would advise you to stay away from the Bu resident... It's not safe for you there!" Raphael uttered staring deep into her eyes and his blue eyes darkened.
Mabel saw it this time and she moved back in shock.
"What happened to your eyes? Why did they change colors like that?" She asked in shock.
Raphael blinked nervously and held her hand.
He pulled her into his room and shut the door.
"Mabel, whatever I say to you right now, you have to take it seriously... Charlotte's going to invite you out for lunch, don't take the pill she's going to give to you and don't tell her about anything that happened here at the hospital! Don't share anything with her" Raphael forewarned staring into her eyes.
Mabel looked at Raphael's serious face and her heartbeat raced anxiously. She can't pick her finger on what was going on. Fear was starting to grip her.
"Why...why are you telling me all of this? How do you know all of this?" Mabel asked in a shaky tone.
Raphael exhaled deeply leaning closer to her.
"I'm a seer, Mabel! Your future is the only one I can see" He declared.
Mabel flinched at the sound of his statement.
She moved away from him in shock.
"I know it's hard to believe me but you have to do as I say for your own good, Mabel... I fear Charlotte might try to harm you!" Raphael cautioned.
Mabel covered her ears with her shaky hands. "Just stop talking for a minute..."
"Charlotte's my best friend so don't you dare bias my mind against her!" Mabel fired glaring at Raphael.
Raphael watched her carefully then walked to his bed and sat down quietly.
Mabel looked at him hoping he would say something but he kept shut.
"Are you just going to stay silent? Aren't you going to say anything? How on earth am I supposed to believe you over my friend since childhood?" Mabel asked with tears rolling down her eyes.
She was having a rollercoaster of emotions. She had no idea she was even crying. Deep down inside of her, she knew Raphael was saying the truth but she tried to convince herself it was all farfetched.
"Mabel I can't say anything to you if you don't believe me. I'm not a lunatic who goes around foreseeing lies for people... Mabel, I don't want you ending up like Rein. I know it's crazy of me to say this but I don't know, I care about you way too much to watch you end up like her" Raphael half yelled looking at her.
Mabel cried loudly and sat on the floor like a child. Knowing Charlotte would hold evil thoughts against her hurt her way more than Raphael's words.
Raphael got out of the bed to help her up, Mabel got up and ran into his arms.
"Please tell me, none of it is true. Charlotte wouldn't do anything to hurt me!" She cried.
Raphael patted her back gently.
~ THE BU RESIDENT ~
Charlotte was going through her birthday videos in search of the moment Mabel got pushed. She wanted to see who did it. Who placed Raphael in that state.
Shockingly as she went through them then she saw her dad's secretary instructing a waiter to go do it. A few minutes later, the waiter pushed Mabel.
Charlotte pursed the video angrily.
"Dad!!!" She groaned and dashed out of her room.
She walked up to her dad's room but he wasn't there then she headed to his study.
The door of the study room was slightly opened then she saw secretary Shin on his knees with his head looking up.
Mr Bu had his pants down, he was moaning in ecstasy as Secretary shin gave him an ecstatic BJ.
Charlotte covered her mouth in shock. Her eyes almost plucking out of her eye socket.
She moved away from the door swiftly. Her heart almost jumping out of her chest.
