The sheer number of coincidences felt bizarre, but in the end, she forced herself to dismiss the feeling. "Oh, I'm so sorry, ma'am," the head chef said, his tone gentle and apologetic.
"Don't worry about it. I'll just try your chilled summer noodle salad the next time I visit," Evie replied reassuringly.
