After dinner, they returned to Simon's villa and walked down to the small theater in the basement. There were all sorts of amenities there, including a pool table, a small bar, a wine cellar, and the small theater.
"Oh, what an interesting place," Valeria said, praising the space.
Such places were indeed common among other wealthy people. Whether in the basement or other areas outside the house, they only allowed people of their own social class to enter.
