After cleaning herself up, Valeria hurried out to go to Lawrence's residence. As soon as she left her room, she saw her father walking towards her, intending to talk to her.
However, seeing his daughter rushing out of her room, Donn immediately stood up and stared at her.
"Where are you going? I have something to talk to you about," asked the man.
"I have more important things to do. We'll talk about it later when I get back," she replied without turning her head, then went to the garage and took her car.
Her car sped off, ignoring the cars around her that she almost hit. It only took 15 minutes to arrive at the Lawrence family's huge mansion, which was under such tight security.
Valeria stopped her car across the street and walked towards the mansion. At the gate, there were already many guards trying to stop her. They held weapons in their hands, ready to shoot anyone who dared to cross the line.
Of course, they would not let anyone in without Dominic's permission.
"Move aside! I want to see Dominic Lawrence!" she said.
Several guards looked at each other, looking at the woman in front of them. They didn't really recognize who she was, so they didn't let her in. "Sorry, ma'am, you're not allowed in. Please leave!"
They tried to push Valeria away, but Valeria didn't stand still. Even though they were armed, Valeria recklessly attacked them. She grabbed their weapons and hit the guard who was blocking her in the head.
"I told you to get out of the way!"
A fight broke out in front of the gate. Valeria was fighting them alone, she was able to take on five large guards. She climbed onto their shoulders, locked her legs around one man's neck, and slammed him to the side.
The fight caused a huge commotion, and other guards came to stop Valeria. They were shocked to find out that the person who had knocked down several of their colleagues was a woman.
"Quickly tell the boss! What should we do with her!" said one of the guards, asking his colleague to convey this directly to Dominic.
One of the guards reported the incident to his superior. He said there was a woman with red hair and blue eyes who attacked the guards and forced her way in to see Dominic.
The news finally reached the mafia boss, especially with the description of Valeria's characteristics.
"Boss, there's a crazy woman trying to break in. She fought the guards at the front. What do you want us to do?"
Dominic, who heard this, smiled, which confused the guard. He knew who they were referring to.
"Let her in, bring her before me, and don't touch her," he replied, giving orders to his men as he crossed his legs.
"What if she threatens your safety?" asked the chief guard.
"That won't happen. Just do as I say." Dominic replied casually because he knew what he was going to do to her.
The guard nodded and replied to his men through his earpiece.
"Bring the woman here and don't touch her, orders from the boss."
Receiving the order, the guard at the gate approached Valeria and told her that his boss was allowing her to enter.
The woman stopped attacking and tidied her hair and clothes.
"See? You guys are so troublesome," she complained, then walked into the mansion, escorted by the guard to Dominic's office.
Upon arriving at Dominic's room, Valeria immediately entered without waiting for permission. She approached Dominic's desk where the man was sitting.
"So, is your head okay after getting drunk last night, dear?" Dominic asked with a flat gaze.
THUD!
"Don't talk as if you care about me!" The woman slammed Dominic's desk and held her body with both hands on the desk.
Her gaze sharpened before she finally continued her sentence. "Just because you saw me at the bar last night, just because I said something stupid to you last night. That doesn't mean I accept this marriage."
Dominic fell silent upon hearing Valeria's words. His eyes glanced at the bracelet on Valeria's wrist. As if he knew something, he looked back into her eyes. "So that's all you wanted to say?"
"Yes, of course! Don't you think I'll change my mind about that stupid wedding plan! That wedding will never happen, no matter what!"
"Too bad, but it will still happen." Dominic rose from his chair and leaned closer to Valeria. "The wedding will take place soon, and that's when I'll see you as my bride."
Valeria's forehead wrinkled. Soon? Impossible!
She had just heard that her wedding would come sooner than she had thought.
"You must be lying, there's no way the wedding will happen so soon. Even today, there haven't been any preparations made!"
"You don't believe me? Just ask your father." The man sat back down in his chair. "Everything has been arranged and all the planning can be done in just one night. Once you blink, you'll already have my name."
"You must be lying! That's impossible!" Valeria gritted her teeth in annoyance, then turned her heels and left the mansion, returning to her family's mansion to ask her father about it directly.
Dominic, who watched Valeria leave, remained silent and turned his chair away from the door. A small smirk appeared on his face, as if he was trying to hide something.
"You will be mine soon, ginger."

At Scarlett's residence, Valeria immediately went to see her father and asked for an explanation about her wedding being held sooner than planned. Valeria protested that it was too soon for her to get married, especially since she had never agreed to this marriage before.
The woman vented all her frustration at her father.
"I tried to tell you this before you left the mansion. But you just ignore me," Donn replied as he lit a cigarette.
It turned out that earlier that morning, when he came to see her in her room, her father wanted to tell her about Valeria's wedding, which was to take place in two weeks.
Of course, she couldn't just accept that. Two weeks was too short a time for her.
"But why?! Why two weeks? Why not at the end of the year or next year or even never! Have you ever once thought about what I want?"
"I always gives you whatever you want, even giving you responsibility for our family business. Do you still think i never pays attention to you?!" Donn said firmly to his daughter.
Valeria sighed harshly as if dismissing her father's words. Since her mother's death, Valeria had never liked what her father did. To her, her father was the reason she had lost her mother.
"Sometimes I wonder if I'm really your daughter," Valeria muttered.
Donn's dark eyes narrowed sharply at his daughter's words.
"How dare you say that to me?! I think I spoiled you too much." He slowly stood up from his chair, towering over his own daughter with a terrifying expression.
He ordered the guard standing in his room to take Valeria's car keys.
"Hey, give them back to me!" Valeria tried to grab her car keys, but her father already had them in his hand.
"You are not allowed to leave the mansion until your wedding day. Take her to her room!"
Valeria ended up locked in her room. She was so angry that she threw everything on her desk and threatened that if she managed to get out, she would beat up the guards. However, none of that changed anything.
"FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!"
Resignedly, she sat down on her bed. She finally lay down on the bed, snorting in annoyance at her father's attitude, who treated her like a child, even locking her in her room now.
