Chapter 25 - CHAPTER 22 - PAYBACK DAY

JAY'S POV

I woke up before him.

Which was already a mistake.

Because the moment I remembered last night—

The hotel.

The door locking.

The whole.....I do not want to mention that-

I immediately pulled the blanket over my face.

Nope.

No.

Absolutely not thinking about that.

"Hiding already?"

My heart jumped.

I slowly pulled the blanket down.

Keifer was awake.

Of course he was.

And he was looking at me like he knew exactly what I was thinking.

Worse—

Like he was enjoying it.

"Stop looking at me like that."

He didn't move.

Didn't look away.

If anything, he leaned slightly closer, resting his arm beside my head.

"Like what?"

I turned my face away.

"You know what."

A quiet chuckle left him.

Low.

Dangerous.

"You mean like last night?"

My face burned instantly.

"Keifer."

He didn't stop.

Of course he didn't.

He leaned in slightly, his voice dropping just enough—

"You didn't seem like you wanted me to stop."

I grabbed a pillow and hit him with it.

Hard.

"STOP TALKING."

He laughed.

Actually laughed.

And that made it worse.

Eventually, we got up.

Got dressed.

Tried to act normal.

(It didn't work.)

We went downstairs, sitting at the table, food already set. I focused on eating, avoiding eye contact at all costs.

Keifer didn't help.

At all.

He kept looking at me.

Smirking.

Then

His foot touched my leg....And started sliding up till my thighs

I chocked on my water

And he just smirked

Then—

The door burst open.

"WE'RE HERE."

I sighed, relieved.

The girls.

All of them.

Storming in like they owned the place.

Behind them—

Section E.

Looking…

Depressed.

Actually depressed.

Ci-N pointed dramatically.

"THE TRAITORS."

Blaster nodded.

"THE RULE BREAKERS."

Felix crossed his arms.

"The losers."

I blinked.

"Wait—what?"

Rakki stepped forward, arms crossed.

"You broke the challenge."

Mica added.

"Not once."

Grace finished.

"Multiple times."

I opened my mouth.

Closed it.

Opened it again.

"…okay but—"

"NO EXCUSES."

Keifer leaned back slightly, completely calm.

"What's the punishment?"

That was the wrong thing to say.

Mica's smile widened.

Dangerously.

"Oh, we're glad you asked."

Ten minutes later—

I couldn't breathe.

Not from fear.

From laughter.

Because—

They had actually done it.

The boys stood in a line.

Wearing maid outfits.

Ci-N looked like he was about to cry.

Blaster was already complaining.

Felix just looked done with life.

Keifer—

Was staring at himself in the mirror.

Silent.

Still.

Processing.

I covered my mouth, trying not to laugh.

Failed.

"You look… great."

He turned slowly.

Looked at me.

Dead serious.

"Say that again."

I laughed harder.

Rakki clapped her hands.

"Alright! Sit."

They had no choice.

The boys were forced onto chairs as the girls surrounded them, setting up everything like a full salon.

Nail polish.

Tools.

Everything.

Mica grabbed Ci-N's hand.

"Relax."

"I AM NOT RELAXED—"

Grace was already working on Denzel, calm as ever.

Rakki handled Keiren like it was personal.

And me?

I sat in front of Keifer.

He looked at me.

I looked at him.

Then I smiled.

Sweetly.

"Give me your hand."

He didn't move.

"Jay."

"Keifer."

Silence.

Then—

Slowly—

He gave in.

I took his hand, trying to stay serious as I started working, cleaning, shaping, doing everything properly.

He watched me the entire time.

Of course he did.

"You're enjoying this."

I didn't look up.

"Very much."

A pause.

Then—

He leaned slightly closer, just enough for his voice to drop.

"Keep laughing."

My heart skipped.

I looked up.

Big mistake.

That look again.

I quickly looked back down.

"You deserve this."

He let out a quiet breath.

Almost like a laugh.

"We'll see."

The day went on like that.

Makeovers.

Forced cleaning.

More teasing.

More chaos.

At one point, Blaster had glitter on his face.

Ci-N refused to look at his nails.

Felix didn't even react anymore.

And Keifer?

Still watching me.

Still calm.

Still waiting.

By the end of the day—

The boys were exhausted.

Destroyed.

Completely defeated.

Rakki clapped proudly.

"Successful punishment."

Ci-N pointed weakly.

"We will remember this."

I laughed softly, leaning back against the couch.

Tired.

Satisfied.

And then I felt it—

A hand at my waist.

Keifer.

Pulling me slightly closer.

Just enough.

His voice low.

Only for me.

"Enjoy it while it lasts."

My heart skipped.

Again.

Because something told me—

Payback wasn't over.
