Chapter 12 - Thousand Poison Devil

The woman quickened the beat of her fan against her neck, as if she were growing increasingly hot.

"Speak one more time, and you'll be dead!" she said, her voice filled with a hiss like a snake's.

Seeing the woman's attitude, the four of Green Hill Five Dragons seemed to grow apprehensive as well. They were people from the martial arts world, and they knew that in the martial arts world, there was one thing they had to be careful about.

They had to be careful when dealing with people who appeared weak. For example, monks, poets, beggars, and women. Because these seemingly weak people were actually very dangerous.

If they dared to roam the world of martial art, it meant they must have attained a high level of martial arts.

"Come on, let's we just go," the four of them said to their eldest.

However, the bald man was still curious. He had been insulted in front of his junior, and there were already many people gathered outside the shop who had heard him being threatened. One more word and he would be dead.

"No!" he snorted as his junior tried to persuade him to leave.

"She has insulted me! This woman must kneel and apologize, or at least give me one kiss, and then I will set her free and forgive her!"

The woman stopped her fan, and instead of glancing at him, she looked directly at the bald man, and she smiled. Her face looked even younger, her pearly white teeth were visible, and the pink tongue licked against her red lips hinted at a heated challenge.

"I'd rather kiss than apologize," he said with a soft voice, his mouth smiled but his eyes emits a cold light.

The four juniors were stunned. They had been worried that the woman would attack their senior, but she had actually said she was willing to kiss their senior! Naturally, they looked at each other and grinned.

The bald man smiled proudly. He felt victorious and assumed the beautiful woman was afraid to face him, so to show off his victory, he approached her.

"Come, sweetie, give me one kiss and we'll consider you as our best friend!"

The woman didn't answer, but instead spread her arms and stood up, then stepped forward to greet the bald man. They embraced each other, and in front of the crowd of onlookers, some giggling and others holding back their laughter, the beautiful woman then kissed the bald man's mouth with her own.

The kiss was passionate and made a sound, and the bald man even felt her tongue stick out, like a snake's tongue entering his mouth. However, the giggles and laughter of the audience suddenly stopped when the woman released her embrace and stepped back. The bald man staggered, saying softly, "Ouch... Ouch..."

The people present were still unsure of the meaning of this groaning sound, as it signified pain, but people also groan when they feel pleasure!

However, the man staggered and fell onto his back. Everyone was shocked to see the bald man is dead, his eyes bulging and his face black, and his lips swollen!

While everyone else was shocked and horrified, the bald man's four junior were shocked and furious to see their eldest senior was dead after kissing the woman. They had already drawn their swords and were now charging at the woman, who was still standing with a mocking smile.

"Die, demon!" they shouted.

However, the beautiful woman now met their attack with swift movements of her arms, shooting out like two arrows released from a bow, and her arms resembled two snakes.

Her body flashed between the strikes of four swords, and screams of pain were heard, followed by the four people collapsing in succession.

It was difficult to follow with the naked eye and also difficult to discern why the four people collapsed. However, they collapsed and never got back up, their faces black and swollen, and it turned out that all four of them were dead!

After killing the five men, this beautiful woman calmly threw the coins onto the table and left the shop with a serene stride, her graceful stride captivating, her hips dancing beneath her tight silk trousers.

Everyone quickly stepped aside to make way for her, and as she passed, a pungent, fishy scent filled her nostrils, like the scent of snakes. One of the spectators, an experienced martial artist, whispered to his companion.

"She is Thousand Poison Devil...!" The other spectators heard this name, and they shuddered.

Who hasn't heard of Thousand Poison Devil? Even if you've never met her, you've certainly heard of her name, as it's renowned throughout the world of martial art.

Thousand Poison Devil is a heretical expert renowned for her skill and cruelty. Her cruelty was evident when she easily killed Green Hill Five Dragons simply because she teased him.

Si Kian and Bu Hok Gi, who were about to buy food at the stall and become spectators, were naturally shocked, and their faces turned pale.

Just earlier, they had witnessed the fight on the boats and seen death sweep away dozens of people, and now, right before their eyes, so close, they saw five people dead, their faces black and swollen, their eyes bulging, murdered by a beautiful woman!

Of course, their courage was gone, and without another word, they both left the scene, their faces pale and their legs trembling.

They returned to the riverbank where they had left their families without bringing any food because they were afraid to stay any longer in the village.

"We must leave this place quickly and continue our journey," said Bu Hok Gi, still frightened.

"That's true, Bu Big brother," said Si Kian.

"But we must be careful. Right now, there are still many boats floating around up ahead, and it seems they are evil people who can easily kill people. We should wait until the night is quiet, then quietly continue our journey and escape this dangerous area."

Bu Hok Gi agree with Si Kian's opinion, and they waited until nightfall. Because their father hadn't brought any food, Si Han Beng and Bu Giok Cu, the two children from the two families, immediately tried fishing.

Bu Giok Cu had been grumbling about her hunger for a while, and her father, whom she had been waiting for, had arrived without any food. And even worse, she had been fishing since awile ago, but no fish had taken her bait.
