Yuri's POV (after Jane left):
Where is Jane??? Did I do something wrong?? I know Jane looked jealous and she definitely had the right to be jealous. I would have been jealous too, if she were a man. I would have definitely punched her, if she were a man. Before that I was involved in the challenge, because my favourite songs were playing and I was intrigued about the show, that Section E-003 were going to put on. Also, there were too many people squishing into me and I was trying not to get annoyed for the sake of politeness. But I liked the way Jane got jealous. It is a sign, that she cares about me and I have never heard her roast anyone before. She is so good at it. Another thing I loved about her jealousy was her clinging to me. But I think she is upset about something right now. But about what??
Jay's POV (when people were gathering for the show):
Gosh, it is hot in here! One day it is cold and raining, the other day it is as hot as the sun!!! They really need to install air conditioning systems in here!!! And the fact that this auditorium is so crowded is not making this situation better!! They need to expand the auditorium!!! What is the point of these many students, if there isn't enough room for them???!! The show started and I was already annoyed. Not because of the contestants even though the boys were eying me and the girls were eying Kiefer. It wasn't hard to find us, because we were in the front. What annoyed me the most were the girls next to us!!! Specifically next to Kiefer! I know he is handsome, but can't these girls see that Kiefer and I are holding hands?? Am I that hard to, see?? I am 1,59 metres!! It is a respectable height!!!! Anyways. Back to the girls. I know GIRLS!!!! Not one! Not two! Not three! FOUR GIRLS WERE HITTING ON HIM!!! And not even in a respectable manner. They were dancing against him like str*ppers in a club!!! UHM HELLOOOOOOO!!! I AM HIS WIFE!!!! Wait, what am I thinking???!!! He is my BOYFRIEND!!! My mind has already saved him as my husband!! What is wrong with me?? Back to the girls, again! I know, I am very easily distracted, but this has to be said!! Jay, you are doing it again! I really need to test myself for ADHD! FOR THE THIRD TIME, BACK TO THE GIRLS!!!! The girls were taller than me, but they also had heels on, so I would say they are the same height as me or a bit taller than me. 2 of them were blond, 1 was a brunette and 1 had black hair. They were wearing very short skirts and tank tops and they were dancing against him!!! The thing wad Kiefer was trying to shoo them away, but they still danced against him. The thing is he was still being polite to them!!! He should have showed his icy cold eyes!!! What is wrong with him?? Maybe I am being possessive of him, but I don't have any other choice!! He is still being polite, even though he asked them 3 times already!!!! Now, it is my time to deal with them
Jay (innocent): Kief, is there a problem?
Kiefer (through clenched teeth): No, there is not
WHY IS HE LYING??? DOES HE WANT TO BE DANCED AGAINST??? No, he loves you, Jay! He has devoted himself to you! Maybe he has another reason... BUT WHAT POSSIBLY COULD BE THE REASON??? Why would he be lying to me?? And why were his teeth clenched?? Is he annoyed, that I was disturbing his fun?? No, Jay!! Stop your overthinking!! He probably has another reason. First, get these girls off of him and then make that idiot pay!
Jay (forced her voice to sound innocent): Are you sure? You look... uncomfortable
Kiefer hesitated for a bit and then signalled his eyes to the girls next to him. Yes!!! MY OVERTHINKING WAS FALSE!!! He wouldn't have said, that he is uncomfortable, when he really wanted the girls to dance against him. But he will still pay! He should have told me sooner!!!! What should I do? Ok, I got it! I first signalled Kiefer to bend down, so that I could whisper to him. What?? It is not my fault that he is built like a skyscraper!! I whispered
Jay (whispered): Play along!
Kiefer gave a determined short nod. I cleared my throat and said
Jay (forced clingy voice): Kief, bend down
Kiefer's face softened and he complied. Little does he know, that he will be the one paying the price when he is at home. But I still had to do something to drive the girls away. The girls seemed to react, when I called him. Anyways, I gave him a quick peck on the lips and that was supposed to be it. But that A**hole pulled me into another kiss!! Well, I guess that would drive the girls away. I WAS WORNG!!! VERY WRONG!! Because 2 of the girls gave up, but one of the blondes and the brunette didn't give up, they were tapping him on the shoulder. Kiefer turned around and rolled his eyes at them.
Kiefer (voice a bit colder and annoyed): What now?
They didn't seem to notice his cold voice and asked them anyway
The blonde: Who is that ugly girl next to you? She seems like she is using you for money and she looks like a pick me. Look, at how much makeup, she uses!
Kiefer was seconds away from punching that girl in the face. His face literally turned red in pure rage. The poor girls thought that rage was directed at me. Well, they were totally wrong. He was about to say something, but it is time that my savage side gets the attention it deserves.
Jay: I am someone, who has him wrapped around my fingers
The brunette: Oh, please. You are a nobody
Jay: Aww, my existence is threatening you already.
The blonde: If anything, our existence is a threat to you!
Jay: Oh my! You don't know me at all, do you? I never get threatened by someone's existence, because people are unimportant. And you are less than the dirt under my shoes
The brunette: You are arguing with us, because you are afraid, we will steal your crush
Jay: OH MY GOD! You think I am doing this for attention?! *cold laugh* First of all, I am protecting my husband from you, because you are disgusting pigs and me? Afraid? Of you? Tss, you are so clueless!
The blonde (scoffs): Disgusting pigs? Do you know who I am??
Jay: No!
The brunette: That explains it! You are talking to the queen bees of Section A
Jay: You are from Section A? I thought Section A girls look pretty. *actually shrugged* Guess, the rumours weren't true!
The blonde: Ugh, the audacity! We could get you kicked out in an instant
Jay: I would like to see you try!
The brunette: The audacity! Testing our power!
Jay: I knew it! You are all bark, no bite. Should I get you kicked out?
The blonde: As if you can! You don't even go to this school!
I grabbed my phone from the bag and dialled the principal's number. The principal and I were friends, so I had her number.
Jay: Hi Jackie! It is me Jasper Jean Fernandez Mariano
The girls' faces had gone pale. They realized, that I was one of the Mariano Queens and that I actually called the principal. But I didn't want to kick them out. I know, I have a big heart, so I just said.
ON THE PHONE:
Jay: How are you?
Jackie: I am fine, and you?
Jay: I am good! We should meet up sometime! Let's talk about meeting each other later. I have things to take care of
Jackie: Yes, we totally should! Ok, bye!!!!
Jay: Bye!!
END OF THE CALL...
Jay (raised one eyebrow): Any doubts?
The blonde (bowed slightly): Sorry for bothering you, miss Mariano!! We didn't know it was you!
The brunette: I apologize!!
Jay (laughed, but wasn't real): How ironic! The ones, who were threatening me, are now bowing down to me. I gave you mercy. If I see you flirting with someone else's boyfriend, fiancée or husband, I will kick you out for real!
Both of them in unison: Thank you!
After they left, Kiefer looked proud, surprised and a bit smug. Before he could say anything, I left him alone. The punishment starts now! I was enjoying the show, when Jane joined me. But without Yuri? Huh? What happened? I knew, Kiefer was searching for me, but since I am short, I could blend in with the crowd and he couldn't find me. Now Section E-003 were presenting their walk!!!
