Kiefer POV:
I woke up to warmth beside me, which was curled up in my arms like a ball. I opened my eyes and saw Jay curled up in my arms like a little clingy cat. Sometimes, I forget that she is a mafia queen. Look at her, she looks so peaceful, innocent, pure and beautiful for this world. I softly ran my fingers through her hair, while admiring her. Oh god, she will be the end of me. How do I deserve her? I gently kissed her hair and kept whispering promises to her.
I will protect you till the end of time...
I will love you until scientist find the end of the universe...
I will keep you safe from everyone forever...
I will respect you more than I respect myself...
I will haunt everyone, who hurt you even as a ghost...
God, she is changing me for the better. I really don't know how I deserve her pure soul. She was shifting, so I instinctively closed my eyes. I don't know why, I just did and I didn't know, what I was going to hear would melt my entire heart into mush. She woke up and groaned softly. After that she stiffened, she probably felt my arm around her waist, but then she relaxed and melted into my embrace. She turned around to face me. I could practically hear her breath on my neck. I tightened my hold on her and she laughed softly, careful not to wake me up.
Jay (whispered): Even in sleep, you can't let me go, huh? *touched his nose*
I wanted to answer to her so bad, so I tightened my hold on her even more. Jay chuckled.
Jay: Aww, my baby
Oh my god! She called me hers!!!! My heart is racing! Ufff! Emotional damage!!!
Jay: Aww, he has chubby cheek *pinched his cheeks gently* He looks adorable!
Nooooo, don't give me more emotional damage! Now, I know, how Jay feels, when I tease her. Nobody called me cute... sure, I was called hot, handsome and sexy, but never in my life was I called adorable, except Mama. And my cheeks were always my insecurity and just a sentence from her makes the insecure feeling go away. God, thank you for this incredible woman!
Jay: I hate how good he looks! He doesn't need anything. Look at him, his rosy cheeks, long eyelashes, chubby cheeks, but sharp jawline, tan skin, the glow on his face and his pink lips. Meanwhile girls need make up to look half as good as him. Why did God bring this masterpiece in this world... in my world even? Look at him... He looks so peaceful, I swear I will die because of him! I don't deserve him. He is still an A**hole though. He is still that teasing Ulupong, I met in the first day of school.
UFFF!!!! I am dead!!! She is too cute!
Jay: I still remember, how he behaved. He looked so handsome and then I saw his angry face. He looked so grumpy! I wanted to laugh out loud. He looked so close to Kuya Angelo. I swear, I would have considered him Kuya Angelo's twin, if I hadn't known he was a Watson. *chuckled*
I wanted to laugh with her, because honestly, I heard that a lot from Yuri, Percy and Aries. They always called me his twin. Ok, now enough emotional damage. I pretended to wake up slowly, but I also want to tease her for punishment for all the emotional damage she caused in my heart.
Kiefer: Why is my wife staring at me?
Jay: I-I wasn't
Kiefer: Aww, my baby is stuttering. Adorable!
Jay: Shut up! I-I am going to the bathroom
Before she could leave, I held her from the small of her back.
Kiefer: Let me admire my wife
Jay sighed and was about to protest, when I kissed her. I needed to take 2 profanities from her, because of yesterday. After kissing her several times, I said
Kiefer: Now stay and let me admire my beautiful and adorable wife
Jay sighed, but she knew that this was me being stubborn and she knew that I was as stubborn as her, so she reluctantly agreed. I turned her around, so she could face me. I looked at her hair at first. Her hair was silky smooth and a bit wavy, but mostly straight with some light brown highlights. I kissed her hair gently and she leaned into my touch.
Kiefer: My home, my comfort, my love
Jay blushed slightly. I looked at her forehead, nose, eyes and her temple. Her eyes a deep rich brown, with long black eyelashes, that even lash serum couldn't make. Her skin smooth and her eyes shining that fire, but right now they were soft, gentle, full of love, full of life and happy. Next, I looked at her cheeks and her chin. Her cheeks a rosy colour and chubby, but you could still see her defined cheek bones. Her chin was beautiful and her jaw sharp but softened around the edges. Lastly, I looked at her pink lips, which were literally screaming at me to kiss or I might have been delusional. I was leaning in, when a knock interrupted the moment. As the door was opening, Jay instinctively pushed me off the bed and since she is super strong, she pushed me out of the bed, making me land on the cold, hard, wood floor. A heavy thud echoed in the room and I immediately heard laughter. I groaned in pain and rubbed my head, because well my head hit the hard floor!!!
Kiefer: OW!!
They laughed even harder after that, I looked at Jay in mock betrayal, even she was trying not to laugh out loud along with Kiegan and Kieren, even some maids witnessed this moment. Well, guess how they reacted. Of course, they chuckled as well! Kieren was rolling on the floor laughing, while Kiegan looked like her was about to pass out.
Kieren: The thud!!!!!
Kiegan (mocking): OW!!!!
Kiefer: This isn't funny! I hit my head on the floor!! I could have gotten a concussion!!!
Kiegan (mocking): I could have gotten a concussion
Kieren: Kuya, you are overreacting
Kiefer (genuinely offended): Over- overreacting???!!!!!
My brothers laughed even harder.
Kiegan: OMG!! HE SOUNDS LIKE KEVIN HART!!!
And that was Jay's last straw of self-control and she also burst out laughing!
Kiefer (muttered): Wow, even my wife is taking their side
