Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: The Heir of Al-Nassar and the Shepherd's Betrayal

Through the chilling darkness of the blizzard, a sudden glow erupted from a holographic window . Its violet-blue hues pierced the terrifying white void as characters began to materialize, one by one, with mechanical precision .

[System]: "Kelly initialized... Your Intelligent Assistant is online. Welcome, the Heir of Al-Nassar".

Ace stood frozen, wiping the tears of grief from his eyes. He stared at the floating screen in disbelief. With a trembling voice, he whispered, "Are you... my mother?"

Kelly: "No, Master. I am your Intelligent Assistant. You are the true descendant of the Al-Nassar clan—an ancient Arabian bloodline from the Middle of the Earth".

"Al-Nassar?" Ace muttered. "I've never heard this name from my parents. Is there a world outside of Java?" .

"I deceived you," Zis said, his voice like the hiss of a viper. "I am the one who sent Ifer to slaughter your parents. I eliminated the lineage, and now, you are the only heir left"

"No! My brother... my uncle... they can't be dead!" Ace cried out.

Zis approached, his heavy footsteps echoing like stones dropped into a stream. "You speak so coldly, as if your parents' death means nothing to you? I killed all the strong ones—even your infant brother. He was a... delicious mix".

He laughed hysterically as he closed the distance. "What a shame that the land of Big Gram chose a weakling like you to be the source of war. You have inherited nothing but disgrace" .

Zis placed his heavy, rough hand on Ace's chin. As the light from Zis's eyes hit him, the vision cleared to reveal Ace—not standing in the snow, but bound in heavy chains to a torture chair, his white hair glowing defiantly in the dark
