Hiroshi asked Leon in a curious tone after the three of them separated from a fierce clash that had lasted for several minutes.
"Don't you use any weapon in your fighting style?"
There was genuine curiosity in his voice regarding Leon's combat style, which relied solely on his body.
Leon laughed when he heard the question.
"Hahahaha! In truth, my entire body has been trained to be a deadly weapon, and I can control every part of it with extreme precision to achieve that, from the hair on top of my head all the way down to my feet!"
Then he paused briefly before continuing in a slightly more serious tone.
"But if you are asking about an actual weapon, then I do indeed prefer using a long spear in battle."
He smiled at them and continued in an apologetic yet completely sincere tone.
"But unfortunately, I can't use it against you in this battle because it would end in an instant. Even with your current level, which is very good and genuinely impressive, you are still, unfortunately, far too weak to force me to use my weapon in combat."
His words were blunt and harsh, but they were completely truthful and carried no intention of insulting them. The two young men looked at Leon after he had spoken, then smiled in understanding. They were neither annoyed nor angered by his words as they might have been during their previous battles.
Then Leon shouted with renewed enthusiasm.
"Alright! Let's continue this enjoyable fight!"
The three of them vanished from their positions once more at incredible speed and resumed their fierce and rapid battle.
BOOOOOOM!
The violent collision between Leon on one side and Hiroshi, who had summoned the giant blue arm of Susanoo wielding a massive glowing sword, on the other side caused deep cracks to spread across the ground around them in a wide circle.
A tremendous shockwave spread in every direction.
This was immediately followed by another swift attack from Hiroshi's sword while Leon was occupied blocking the giant Susanoo arm. The strike targeted Leon's exposed neck with deadly precision.
At the same time, two additional attacks shot in from the sides in the form of sharp wooden trunks, creating three lethal attacks launched simultaneously by Ishin, who had taken advantage of the opportunity Hiroshi created.
All of these perfectly coordinated attacks occurring at nearly the same moment forced Leon to release a greater portion of his power to deal with them.
With supernatural speed, he executed a perfect spinning kick that shattered the two wooden trunks while simultaneously blocking both incoming sword strikes from different directions with such overwhelming force that the resulting shockwave sent both Ishin and Hiroshi flying through the air for a considerable distance before they managed to regain their balance and land firmly on the ground once again.
Leon laughed as he looked at them with eyes filled with respect.
"Hahahahaha! Well done indeed! That was a beautiful, complex, and truly deadly attack!"
He was genuinely proud of them despite being their opponent. Proud of their tremendous growth and the flawless coordination that had forced him to use more of his true power. This complicated, multilayered assault was genuinely impressive and demonstrated their high combat intelligence and deep mutual understanding.
Kai spoke with admiration.
"That combined attack was truly excellent. Four layers of synchronized attacks from different directions."
Norman nodded in agreement and added,
"Yes, their coordination has reached a very high level. They look as if they can read each other's thoughts."
Meanwhile, Sato continued,
"The beautiful thing is that every attack covered the weaknesses of the others. There were almost no gaps to escape through."
Sam laughed and said,
"That's why Leon had to release more of his power. He can't handle them at the same level of strength he was using before."
Emi, who had remained silent most of the time, finally spoke.
"But despite all that, the gap is still enormous. Leon is still only playing with them."
The distant members of both clans were also extremely excited after witnessing that successful attack.
Some of them shouted enthusiastically,
"Amazing! Keep it up!"
Others silently prayed for their brave patriarchs to continue fighting honorably and show everything they had.
Even if the outcome had already been decided, seeing their patriarchs fight with such courage and skill while forcing the mighty Beast King to acknowledge their strength was something truly worthy of pride.
Hiroshi and Ishin quickly regained their stances despite the powerful shockwave they had endured and exchanged a silent glance of understanding.
Both of them knew that time was passing quickly and that they had to use everything they possessed before their strength ran out.
Hiroshi gave Ishin a slight nod, and Ishin responded with the same gesture.
They were planning an even stronger and more complex attack, something that would force Leon to become more serious.
The chakra surrounding them began to surge with greater intensity. The Susanoo around Hiroshi started growing larger and taking on a more complete form, while the wooden pillars around Ishin began expanding into even larger and more intricate structures.
Leon noticed the change in their energy, and his smile widened further.
"Oh! It seems you're finally going to use more of your true power! Excellent! That's exactly what I want to see!"
His voice was filled with genuine anticipation and excitement.
These were the moments he lived for—the moments when he faced opponents who pushed him to use more of his strength and abilities.
Even though he knew he would ultimately win, the enjoyment lay in the journey rather than the destination, in the battle itself rather than the outcome.
The air around them grew heavier and denser as the immense energy of the three warriors continued to rise. The ground beneath them began to tremble under the pressure, and even the distant spectators could feel it from where they stood.
Everyone knew that the next round would be far more violent and powerful than anything that had come before.
