"What's wrong?" he asked gently.
Rosalind Lowell threw herself into his arms and sobbed, crying for a long while.
Skylar Morrison kept asking her what was wrong.
She could only shake her head. She couldn't bring herself to say it.
After a long pause, she finally spoke. "Skylar, can you take me away from here?"
"Why?"
"Don't you see me as your sister?"
He seemed a bit lost in thought, then nodded. "Yes..."
"Take me away…" Her voice was hoarse, her face flushed, with a trail of tears running down it.
"You can't tell me?"
Rosalind Lowell continued to shake her head. "There's no need."
Skylar Morrison sighed. "What on earth happened? You came in here and ended up like this."
She had been perfectly fine just a moment ago. He and Elsa Ainsworth had gone to the living room to greet some of the guests. When he returned to look for Rosalind Lowell, she was nowhere to be found. Now that he had found her, she was a complete wreck, and he had no idea what had happened.
