One-Eyed Tiger's territory was in Shangya Town, in the East Suburb.
It had cost Li Kai a great deal of time and effort to find One-Eyed Tiger's base.
Initially, he had deduced several possible towns.
According to his calculations, for One-Eyed Tiger to run rampant in the East Suburb, he would definitely need a base to rest, regroup, and store supplies.
So, he had searched the map, examining every town and village near the East Suburb. Anywhere too close to a forest was out of the question, as there were too many Mutant Beasts.
He eventually identified five towns suitable for a base.
He sent his men to investigate each one and finally discovered traces of One-Eyed Tiger in Shangya Town.
A smile touched Li Kai's lips.
'So the people at Qingfeng Base are incompetent after all,' he thought. 'They couldn't even find One-Eyed Tiger's base.'
'If I'd found this place and launched a sneak attack, I could have wiped out a good portion of his forces.'
