After Grandpa Holden, Brooke Morrison was next to present her gift. It was very much in her style: a complete collection of every lipstick shade from a luxury brand. Ivy Holden stared at the dozens of neatly arranged lipsticks, utterly stunned.
"Auntie Morrison, this is such an amazing surprise!" Ivy said with a grin, cupping her chin.
"I wasn't sure what you liked," Brooke Morrison said with a smile, "but these were my favorites when I was younger. I figured we might have similar tastes, so I ordered this set for you."
Ivy nodded happily. "Mhm. One look is all it took. We have total bestie potential."
"You have no respect for your elders," Carson Holden said, shooting Ivy a playful glare.
Ivy made a face at Carson Holden, then spun around and hid behind Hazel Sterling.
"What's the matter with that?" Brooke Morrison said with a laugh. "I'd be delighted to be besties with Ivy."
