You Shaoqiang didn't go through Kang Hao. He was skilled enough to know better. He was well aware of the history—Lin Chu had previously approached Kang Hao about joining, only to be rejected amidst some unpleasantness. Going back to Kang Hao would have been awkward. Since he knew Zhou Luan, he decided to approach her instead.
