Isaac had originally considered giving it a flashier name to compensate for its slightly lower quality, but after thinking it over, he ultimately decided to stick with a more Ordinary one.
A Legendary Mage's Magic Book was meant to last a lifetime. An unconventional name might generate a lot of buzz in the short term, but it would be detrimental to long-term development. For a Legendary Mage, the benefits were immense if their books could be passed down through the ages.
Of course, another factor that led Isaac to this decision was that such a clever trick wouldn't have generated much buzz anyway.
