Everyone, including Li Xiang, breathed a sigh of relief.
Li Xiang walked around the battleground, gathering the scattered remains of the Exotic Beast and storing them in his system's warehouse. The body contained the alien creature's genetic code and held immense research value. Perhaps a genetic weapon could be developed to target this species.
Li Xiang had turned one in before, but he had no idea what progress had been made. He figured it wouldn't be a quick process. A precious "sample" like this absolutely could not be allowed to fall into the hands of other powers.
"Let's rest for the night. We'll clean up after sunrise."
Seeing that everyone was exhausted, Li Xiang led the group back to the rock fortress they had built earlier. They split up into male and female quarters. Even Xu Xuan and Zhang Youyou had the good sense to take separate rooms.
