The more he tried to test this kid the more impressive he became which satisfied Madan a lot, after all this was his partner and best friend of his son. If he grew Madan was sure Arjun would bring Karan along on the ride.
This was something he appreciated about Arjun after speaking him over the past few months but whether this would be used against him by someone else would be interesting to see he reasoned.
Meanwhile Arjun started to tease Bhargav about his new position once they were outside.
So Anna, it seems you're finally free. Tell me do you want to be Accounts manager or sales manager i will leave the decision up to you.
Hmm... Even though i think i can do both i prefer working on accounts as it's my forte Bhargav replied without thinking much.
Alright then accounts manager it is. accompany me on my trip to Vijayawada tomorrow Anna, you can help me out in the recruitment.
Okay Arjun, Bhargav replied and just as he was about to leave Arjun asked him to stop and make a call to his brother to stop the sales of All in One's and gather them back from the sellers.
Bhargav understood why Arjun wanted to do this and called Tharun to inform about the matter, Tharun was angry at first upon learning they were being asked to take back the books that were yet to be sold since they were already very closed to selling the seventy thousand books necessary for the next cliff.
Arjun noticing the anger explained to him why he wanted the books back and promised these too would be included in their cliff even though they were not the ones that were selling them.
Tharun was much more happy after learning about this and promised to get the books back within a couple of days and asked to meet Arjun personally on his next trip to the town.
Once they were done with the call Arjun too relaxed a bit. He had made the promise without thinking about the consequences from the unions end but since Tharun was okay with the proposition there was nothing more to worry about.
Arjun then bid farewell to Bhargav and returned to his home and stopped at the press on his way back to collect some samples of the drawing books that were already printed. He returned home and showed the ones that his mom had yet to see to her and Sari and made Sari try out the first year drawing books to check if she was able to do the drawings as instructed or not.
Sari was the perfect litmus test for this since this kid had always wanted to draw but was not really good at it. Kavitha and Arjun joined on the side to look at the kid who was struggling to read and understand the instructions on how to connect the dots for the first drawing but once Kavitha explained to her how it worked Sari was immediately able to complete the connections in less that two minutes and gave a big wide grin at her brother.
The next day which was the weekend Bhargav and Arjun together left to Vijayawada on their new ambassador. Arjun felt much more comfortable in travelling in his own car than the borrowed jeep since he did not know how many times Madan had to postpone his plans because of Arjun taking his jeep.
Arjun wanted to take Lalitha along too but Balram made her stay back and help him at the construction site to double check the accounts and materials. How could Balram not understand what Arjun was trying to do, so he too had to do his best to keep them apart if possible.
They headed to their regular hotel and checked in before going to visit Tharun at the union.
What is it you wanted to see me about Anna? Arjun question Tharun after they all sat down and were done with the pleasantries.
Well Arjun tell me first are you serious about the donation thing?
Yes Anna, haven't i already explained it to you. I think Bhargav should have told you more of the story.
Yeah it seems my brother stepped on some cow dung recently making you take such a step for recruiting is no small matter.
Hahaha Arjun along with Bhargav laughed out loud then Arjun explained his reasoning for making such offer.
Tharun was impressed by Arjun's thinking and proposed that the union too wanted to join the donation campaign and they were willing to let go of their shares for these seven thousand books if Arjun was willing to print their names on the books that were going to be donated.
He had already discussed about this with Vikram and they both felt it would do more good to them if they joined the operation rather than staying on the side since this could boost their reputation in the surrounding regions and for a student union which normally did not have good reputation in the community this could help turn it around to some extent.
Arjun upon hearing this proposition was surprised at first but as he thought more about it the more it made sense why he wanted to do this but did not agree to print their names on the books immediately.
Anna, i get what you're trying to do but printing union name on the books is out of the question as i don't want my press to be permanently linked to the union.
Why Arjun? you don't like to work with us?
It's not about that Anna, currently we are only in the starting phase and don't want to be associated with any political stuff too early.
Aren't you doing the same with donating these on Madan's name? Tharun questioned back confused.
They're different anna, Madan is a partner in our press Arjun reasoned. But we can do something else instead...

Instead of printing your names we can stamp your union name as distributors in the cover page and first page of the book and that should do it no?
Tharun felt this was good too, after all their name was still going out but stepped out for a while to get confirmation from Vikram before agreeing to Arjun once he came back but instead of just distributors he wanted to use primary distributors and Arjun too was okay with this since they were really the only distributors anyway.
Bhargav who was on the side meanwhile was starting to admire his new boss more and more and he was sure Madan would too once he gets to know about this. After all just like Madan had imagined Arjun was killing many birds with a single stone with this but it was still unknown how the regular folks would take this as this kind of thing had never been done before at least not at such scale and that too by a newly started company.
Tharun then bid farewell to his brother and Arjun and went to meet Vikram to further discuss how they were going to promote this as he had already taken Arjun's permission to advertise this campaign which Arjun was very welcoming towards.
The more this campaign gets promoted the more it would be beneficial to all three parties involved. Both the presidents then discussed which of the press parties to contact during this campaign since not all the people they could contact would not really paint them in a good manner.
They were sure that certain personnel would try to raise more questions about the people involved in this donation campaign.
Bhargav meanwhile started complementing Arjun once they were outside but Arjun quickly shut him off saying even though his new boss appreciates good words too much of them would not really work and not really needed with the relation they already have.
Both of them then headed to the agency to confirm their interview appointments for the upcoming day and to make sure the agency people do not delay it any further.
By the time they left the agency it was already past two in the noon and both of them were very hungry. Arjun wanted to have some non vegetarian food and Bhargav suggested trying out Ulavacharu Biryani which is a very famous local delicacy only available in certain parts of south India.
Arjun had almost forgotten such a dish existed, he had only tried Ulava Charu couple of times in his previous life that too in some random functions but had never tried Biryani made from it and had the urge to try it out too.
Bhargav then contacted Tharun to know about the best place to try it out from a local telephone booth and both headed to the restaurant Tharun had suggested.
Arjun did feel this biryani was different from all the ones he had tried before but did not really like the tangy feeling that Biryani had as he always felt Biryani should be spicy meanwhile Bhargav enjoyed it very much and said he wanted to have it again in the future.
