Sheng Yang and He Jingwen were two completely different types of people. Yun Zijin had no intention of introducing them.
"Oh, come on! I just so happen to be in the area doing a site survey. Maybe you guys can give me some advice."
"Sister Yun, I'm heading over right now. Don't you go anywhere!"
Sheng Yang was the type who thrived in the company of others, so he didn't mind at all that Yun Zijin wasn't alone.
"What's wrong? Is another friend coming over?"
He Jingwen had originally wanted to go settle the bill, but he held back, remembering he had just promised Yun Zijin he wouldn't pay ahead of time.
He vaguely overheard the friend on Yun Zijin's call say they were coming over and wondered if he should order a couple more dishes.
Otherwise, it wouldn't be very hospitable to greet a friend with a table full of leftovers.
