Reinhardt shifted Narcissa on his lap, his gaze distant as he processed the sheer absurdity of the world he now stood upon. Narcissa, noticing the intensity in his eyes, tilted her head. "What are you thinking, Rein?"
"I'm thinking the Wizarding World is one hell of a place," Reinhardt replied with a dry, cynical laugh. "The scandals are so thick that if one were released, the public would gossip until they were blue in the face. It's a circus."
"Why do you say that?" Narcissa asked, leaning into him.
"Look at the list, Cissy. First, we have our 'gay pal' Lucius, who clearly prefers men. Second, Ted Tonks and his infidelity. Third, the Blacks and the rest of the Pure-blood faction following a 'Dark Lord' who is actually a half-blood—they all know it, but they don't care as long as their interests are served. Fourth, the Death Eaters using gold as leverage to walk free from every crime. Fifth, these 'Pure' families bragging about their blood when most are just as diluted as everyone else. And sixth..."
Reinhardt scoffed, shaking his head. "The 'Boy-Who-Lived.' A one-year-old child killing a Dark Lord? Please. It's obvious his parents were the ones who did the work, yet the credit goes to a baby. It's a joke."
Narcissa looked at him with a puzzled expression. "Rein, you forget. It wasn't the 'Boy-Who-Lived.' It was the 'Twins-Who-Lived.'"
Reinhardt froze. "Say what?"
"It was twins," Narcissa corrected gently. "Harry Potter and Rias Potter."
Reinhardt's mind came to a screeching halt.
'Hey, Wifey,' he shouted internally. 'Is this true?!'
[Yes, Darling,] the System replied in his mind, her voice dripping with playful mischief. [Didn't I tell you this world was different? You really should pay more attention to the 'World Details' tab.]
'Someday, I'm going to spank you for withholding information like that,' Reinhardt shot back.
The System's interface flashed a brilliant, embarrassed red. [H-Host! Such lewd thoughts! I am a sophisticated AI!] Even as she argued, he could feel her "fuming" with a mix of embarrassment and secret delight.
Reinhardt turned his attention back to Narcissa, exhaling slowly. "Sorry about that, Cissy. I... forgot for a moment. There are so many scandals in this world I can't even keep them all straight."
Narcissa nodded understandingly, her fingers playing with the collar of his shirt. "If you look at it that way, then yes. There are far more than you can imagine."
System Data: World Deviation 20%
The Potter Twins: Harry Potter and Rias Potter (The Girl-Who-Lived?). The "Wife's" Reaction: Flustered and awaiting your "punishment." The Political Landscape: The existence of a second "Savior" changes the entire prophecy dynamic.
Narcissa shifted slightly on Reinhardt's lap, her "J-cup" chest pressing against him as she looked at him with curiosity. "So, Rein... what is your plan for me as the CEO? What am I actually managing?"
"Don't be shocked, okay?" Reinhardt warned, his hand resting possessively on her waist. Narcissa nodded, her eyes fixed on his.
"You've heard the rumors," Reinhardt began. "Everyone in the Wizarding World says the Lord of Sylverion is a fool. They say I'm selling off my best shares just to waste money on constructing mansions."
Narcissa giggled softly. "I'll be honest, Rein... many times Evelyn and Lucius made fun of you for that. They thought you were destroying your family's future for the sake of vanity."
"Is that so?" Reinhardt's eyes flashed with a mischievous, dark promise. "Someday, I'm going to have to spank Evelyn's ass for laughing at me. I'll make sure she learns her lesson."
Malfoy Manor: Meanwhile
In the Malfoy study, Evelyn suddenly jumped, a strange shiver running down her spine and a phantom heat blooming on her backside. She looked around, confused, feeling as though someone was already planning to discipline her.
Windsor Manor: The Master Plan
"Anyway," Reinhardt continued, "after I became the Head of House, I inherited not just the Sylverion assets, but the Ashwood and Fleamont assets as well."
"Why do you have those?" Narcissa asked, surprised. "The Fleamonts were a powerful line."
"A few Sylveron daughters married into those families," Reinhardt explained. "After their lines ended, the assets were legally transferred back to the main Sylveron branch. When I audited the shares, I realized something the 'experts' missed. Those shares are 'Gold' in today's market, but my analysis shows they will be bankrupt within two years. I sold them while the price was at its peak to get pure liquid cash."
Narcissa gasped. "So everyone who bought them thinking they were getting a bargain..."
"They bought a sinking ship," Reinhardt finished. "As for the mansions? I am constructing and renovating 80 mansions in total. 40 need improvements, 20 need to be completely leveled and rebuilt, and 20 need interior magical upgrades. While the idiots are laughing at me for 'spending' my wealth, I am actually turning useless paper shares into indestructible, high-value real estate and fortifying my territory."
Narcissa stared at him, her heart thumping with pride. "If you put it that way... everyone who is laughing at you right now is actually the laughing stock of the century. They gave you their gold for your trash."
Reinhardt chuckled, leaning in to brush his lips against hers. "Exactly. So, are you shocked by your man's brilliance, Cissy?"
Narcissa wrapped her arms around his neck, a playful, slightly wicked smile on her face. "I am. But honestly? I'm more excited to see you actually spank Evelyn in the future. She deserves it for being so smug."
"Oh, don't worry," Reinhardt replied, pulling her closer. "I definitely will."
Status Update
Financial Trap: The Dark Families (Malfoys, Parkinsons, etc.) have successfully bought the "Bankrupting Shares."
Real Estate Empire: 80 Mansions are currently under Sylverion control.
CEO Task: Narcissa is now ready to oversee the liquidation of the remaining "trash" assets.
