He was staring at the crown, but he didn't seem to be waiting. His eyes had gone completely white, a realization of something overcoming him as he watched the depths of the crown and felt it pulsing with a continuous light over and over and over again.

The Kin of the Cult… he had just assumed that the Cult was the Kin and the Kin were the Cult, but it seemed that the Kin and the Dark Kin were similar but not the same.
Every one of the Dark Kin was of the Kin, but not everyone of the Kin was of the Dark Kin.
That was when Grey recalled the appearance of the War Head Race. Were they part of this "cult", then?
In that case, was this not technically a Dark Kin Lineage at all, but instead something deeper, larger?
