As soon as they were out of earshot, Mark's girlfriend leaned toward him, her eyes wide. "Is that really your brother? Did you switch him when I wasn't looking? I've never seen him that… calm."
Mark let out a quiet laugh, shaking his head. "It's the same guy. He's just in love… and he finally found someone who can handle him."
"Wow," she said softly, still staring after them. "That's hard to believe."
"He's changing," Charles said, glancing toward the door where they had disappeared. "He's being way too patient to be the same man we heard stories about."
Frank frowned, leaning over the table. "Don't you think it's strange? I'm not saying people can't fall in love, but this... it just feels like something isn't right. It's too fast."
Charles shook his head. "I don't see the problem. They're both in love, Frank. There's nothing bad about that. Just let them be."
