The school no longer felt as calm as before. Ever since Meera arrived, strange things had started happening. Rahul couldn't stop thinking about it.
That evening, while walking home, Rahul noticed something unusual—Meera was heading toward the old building behind the school. It had been abandoned for years. No one ever went there.
Curious, Rahul followed her quietly.
The door of the old building was slightly open. A faint light was coming from inside. Rahul slowly peeked through the gap… and what he saw made his heart race.
Meera wasn't alone.
She was standing in front of an old mirror. But something was wrong—the reflection in the mirror didn't match her. The Meera inside the mirror was smiling… while the real Meera stood completely still.
Suddenly, the reflection spoke.
— "The time has come…"
Rahul stepped back in fear, accidentally making a noise.
Meera turned around. Her eyes were glowing strangely.
— "Who's there?"
Rahul had no choice but to step forward.
— "Meera… what is going on?"
She stayed silent for a moment, then said softly,
— "What you saw… you must not tell anyone."
Rahul frowned.
— "But why? Who are you really?"
Meera lowered her gaze.
— "I'm not who you think I am…"
At that moment, a cold wind rushed out of the mirror. The room began to shake. The figure inside the mirror looked like it was trying to come out!
Meera suddenly shouted,
— "Rahul, run! Now!"
Without thinking, Rahul ran as fast as he could. As he glanced back, he saw the room being swallowed by darkness… and Meera standing alone, fighting that strange force.
