Cherreads

Chapter 96 - 96

Shiraishi Shin kicked Thunder Raiko's waist with his right lower leg, then, without letting his foot touch the ground, raised it to kick at her neck.

Thunder Raiko hurriedly raised her hands to block, but Shiraishi Shin performed a half-turn and used his left foot to kick her in the abdomen, sending Thunder Raiko stumbling backward repeatedly.

He pressed his advantage, leaping forward in two quick strides. Before she could regain her footing, he performed a scissor kick, clamping his legs around Thunder Raiko's neck, and using his hands to support himself on the ground, he threw her away, smashing her into a tree in the park.

Although he held a massive advantage in technique, he was lacking in strength. If he had strength on the level of Tanzaburo Tojima, Thunder Raiko would have been knocked flat by him long ago.

Watching the female Shocker Combatmen stand up again, he noted that her physical resilience was completely incomparable to that of an ordinary person; she was the type who could be hit by a car traveling at a hundred yards and sent flying ten meters, only to remain perfectly lively.

Wanting to thoroughly finish off this female Shocker Organization, it would be quite difficult without a weapon and relying only on these two fists.

"Then let's try out the new driver."

Shiraishi Shin took the delta driver and delta phone out from his system space.

In truth, he could have used the buggle driver ii as a weapon; even without performing a Henshin, he could use it to fire long-range energy projectiles and use the saw blade as a melee weapon, with power comparable to the Rider Kick of some low-stat Kamen Rider.

But the reason he didn't use it was because he wanted to play around with the delta driver that some kind person had gifted him yesterday.

He then strapped the large driver around his waist and secured it.

"Nani?"

Thunder Raiko frowned, unable to figure out where this person had pulled such a large driver from. Clearly, he had nothing on him before; it was as if it had appeared out of thin air.

And why wear such a large and cumbersome driver? Could it be that it boosted his strength?

"Henshin!"

After strapping on the driver, Shiraishi Shin held the delta phone to his ear with his right hand and clearly enunciated the Henshin.

The phone received the voice command, played a sound effect, and was finally inserted into the delta chaser on the right side of the driver to initiate the transformation.

[Standing by, Complete!]

As silver-white photon blood outlined itself on Shiraishi Shin's body, a flash of light shone, and a set of Rider armor perfectly covered him.

Just after Henshin, Shiraishi Shin truly experienced the gap between this and Cronus or Eternal.

Not to mention anything else, just looking at the field of vision, the delta only had a 180-degree forward view.

Whereas Eternal had a wide 280-degree field of vision, capable of freely changing the perspective and focus according to Shiraishi Shin's will, as well as super-vision that could count the legs of an ant on the ground from an altitude of 2 kilometers.

Although the delta was the strongest of the three basic drivers in Kamen Rider 555, having grown accustomed to high-intensity Rider System, he truly found this one a bit lacking.

After all, having grown accustomed to delicacies like abalone and lobster, suddenly eating steamed buns would make anyone find it tasteless.

"You are a Kamen Rider!"

Thunder Raiko was shocked, her entire body tensing up. This person was actually a Kamen Rider; it was her first time seeing a Kamen Rider in reality.

This was a big problem.

If he were human, she might have had a chance to win based on strength, but now her only advantage was gone, and in terms of strength, she was actually at a disadvantage.

Shiraishi Shin crossed his index fingers in front of him, twisted them left and right, then rotated his neck before fixing his gaze on the burly female Shocker Combatmen in front of him.

He spread his arms and walked forward.

"Well then, let's begin the second round of the battle."

Thunder Raiko twitched the corners of her mouth, attempting to fight fairly, and said, "Isn't it a bit cheap for you to do this?"

Shiraishi Shin did not stop his pace.

"Oh? If we're talking about being cheap, you were the one who started it. The constitution of a Shocker Combatmen gives you a huge bonus. If you only fought me as a human wrestler, you wouldn't last three moves in my hands."

Thunder Raiko was rendered speechless.

It was true; she had been fighting Shiraishi Shin as a Shocker Combatmen while he wasn't transformed into a Kamen Rider, and even then, she had fallen into a disadvantage.

If she didn't have the Shocker Combatmen mode, she wouldn't be able to last a few moves against Shiraishi Shin.

"Damn it!"

Thunder Raiko gritted her teeth and lunged forward, swinging her fist with over a ton of punching force to strike.

Shiraishi Shin parried her fist with his right hand, then followed up with a backhand slap across Thunder Raiko's face.

The flesh on her face instantly distorted, and her body was sent flying away directly.

Shiraishi Shin sidestepped to approach; his next strike would kill her directly.

However, having only taken three steps, he hurriedly turned his head to see a black shadow falling from above toward him.

Shiraishi Shin didn't have time to react before the opponent's knee struck his chest, sending him flying five meters backward.

"Lord Bat Man!"

The black shadow that had kneed Shiraishi Shin away flapped its bat wings and landed in front of Thunder Raiko.

The survivor looked at the Monster with worshipful eyes.

Covered in black fur, bald, with sharp, elven ears, sharp fingernails, and vampire-like teeth, with the eagle belt representing the Shocker Organization around his waist, this was the Shocker Organization Combat Monster, Bat Man.

He folded his bat wings behind his back and watched Shiraishi Shin, who was sitting on the ground, rise calmly.

He said, "I didn't expect to actually run into a Kamen Rider. This is truly unexpected."

Shiraishi Shin brushed the dust off his body, looked forward, and said, "Judging by your appearance, you must be Bat Man."

"It is none other than Lord Bat Man, Kamen Rider. Prepare to die!"

Bat Man's previously folded black wings spread open once more, and he flew at a low altitude toward Shiraishi Shin, baring his sharp, pointed fingernails—these were his weapons.

Shiraishi Shin quickly retreated.

While retreating, he grabbed one of the opponent's arms, while Bat Man's other hand's fingernails clawed fiercely into his chest armor, sending sparks flying.

Shiraishi Shin endured the pain and dragged Bat Man down from the low altitude.

While releasing his wrist, he punched his chest repeatedly, followed by a kick directly to the center of his chest.

Bat Man stumbled backward, his feet leaving footprints on the ground with every step.

His wings were not idle either, flapping rapidly to keep him balanced and prevent him from falling.

Shiraishi Shin used his speed of 5.7 seconds per 100 meters to sprint quickly, rushing in front of Bat Man to perform a horizontal kick from right to left.

At this critical moment, Bat Man flapped his wings and flew into the air.

Although Shiraishi Shin's kick missed, his body remained steady on the spot without stumbling, because he had exerted seventy percent of his strength and held back thirty percent.

This remaining thirty percent of strength allowed him to adjust his state instantly when a move missed.

If he had used all one hundred percent of his strength, missing a kick would have caused his form to become unstable, exposing a weakness to the enemy.

After missing, Shiraishi Shin took the opportunity to turn halfway while drawing the delta phone, which had combined with the delta chaser into the blaster mode.

He aimed at Bat Man, who had just flown into the air, and pulled the trigger, firing 11 energy beams in succession.

Six were dodged, and five hit.

Bat Man's body erupted with blood as he fell from the air.

The delta blaster had a storage capacity of 12 energy beams, and the power of each shot was enough to destroy a heavy tank.

He had just fired 11 shots.

As for this last shot...

Shiraishi Shin turned around and pulled the trigger, aiming at Thunder Raiko.

A purple beam shot out from the muzzle.

Although Thunder Raiko could see the beam flying toward her, she had no time to dodge.

The beam pierced directly through her heart, and she died on the spot.
