Unlike other Kamen Riders, where shouting "Henshin" is just for flair and formality, the Henshin of Kamen Rider Delta is truly voice-activated; it only registers when "Henshin" is spoken near the Delta Phone.
He then inserted the Delta Phone into the Delta Chaser on the right side of the belt.
[Complete!]
As the sound effect played, purple photon blood lines were outlined on Kitazaki's body. The next second, the purple light intensified, and a set of Rider armor appeared on him.

Kamen Rider Delta is primarily black, with white lines as accents. Compared to the flashy Henshin effects of Cronus, Delta's Henshin is very minimalist.
The performance of this Rider System in Kamen Rider 555 is stronger than that of Kamen Rider Faiz and Kamen Rider Kaixa; it is the strongest of the three belts in the original series, though this does not include Faiz's final Blaster Form.
"He really did Henshin!"
Sumiko Ozawa stood to the side, watching the two who had transformed in astonishment. Both of them were Kamen Riders?
It would be one thing if the person she was supposed to take to the police station was a Kamen Rider, but why was that Monster also a Kamen Rider?
Seeing that the two were about to fight, she hurriedly hid; it would be disastrous if she got caught in the crossfire.
"Come on, let me see your strength."
Shiraishi Shin stood with his hands behind his back. This dismissive attitude made Kitazaki's blood boil. When had he ever been looked down upon like this?
As arrogant as he was, believing firmly that he was the strongest in the world, how could he be looked down upon?
"Hah!"
He clenched his fists and rushed forward, throwing a punch at Shiraishi Shin with 3.5 tons of force.
Seeing the fist closing in, Shiraishi Shin extended his right hand from behind his back and easily swatted the punch away.
Kitazaki frowned and swung his fists repeatedly, but they were still easily swatted away with one hand. He shouted and tried to kick, but Shiraishi Shin's attack speed was faster. Can an attack speed of 0.9 compare to 2.5?
A single punch landed directly on Kitazaki's chest, sending him flying over ten meters to the ground on the spot.
"Ah!"
After landing, Kitazaki let out a cry of pain. He couldn't believe it; he was actually being completely suppressed. How is this possible!
He stumbled to his feet, took the combined Delta Phone and Delta Chaser gun from his right waist, and then opened the button on the driver in front of his belt.
[Ready?]
After the sound effect played, Kitazaki held the Delta Gun to his ear for voice input.
"Check!"
[Exceed Charge!]
Purple energy flowed from the white lines on his body into the Delta Gun. Finally, he pulled the trigger, firing a purple triangular pyramid-shaped cursor from the muzzle that locked onto Shiraishi Shin.
"So this is the finisher of the Faiz-series Rider System? It really does have the power to immobilize an enemy, but unfortunately, for me, this power is far from enough."
When the triangular pyramid cursor landed on him, Shiraishi Shin could clearly feel a force trying to pin him in place. While this power might work against opponents of a similar level, it had no effect on a stat Monster like him.
At this moment, Kitazaki tossed the Delta Gun aside, let out a roar, sprinted forward a few steps, jumped twenty meters into the air, and extended his right leg for a flying kick.
Looking up at Kitazaki descending toward him, Shiraishi Shin swatted away the purple triangular pyramid light on his body with one hand, then reached forward and accurately grabbed Kitazaki by the neck as he flew down, lifting him up. He let the opponent kick and stomp against his body, but remained unmoved.
"Mediocre strength, that's all there is to it. I thought you were more impressive."
After speaking, Shiraishi Shin released his grip, and a 121-ton punch landed squarely on Kitazaki's chest, sending him flying once again.
Originally, Cronus's punching power was 110 tons, but he has a mechanism where his punching power increases by 10% when an attack lands. This means that since Kitazaki had already been hit once, it increased from 110 tons to the current 121 tons, and that last punch increased it by another 12.1 tons, stacking it to 133.1 tons.
Not only punches, but kicking power also increases by 10% upon landing.
Furthermore, his arms are equipped with a function that strengthens both attack and defense to the limit, increasing Shiraishi Shin's reaction speed and making his attacks faster, effectively stacking Lethal Tempo.
As for the black armor on his chest, it possesses a function that disperses damage taken at vital points across his entire body to prevent serious damage to his internal core. Additionally, it can continuously increase its defense over time.
Such an overpowered Rider, with both mechanics and stats, is truly rare.
Having taken another punch from Shiraishi Shin, Kitazaki was thrown even further this time. After landing, the belt fastened around his waist exploded off and fell to the ground. With a flash of purple light, the Rider armor vanished.
"Damn it! Damn it!"
Kitazaki was so angry he felt a tightness in his chest. He had been invincible for so long, and even when fighting two Kamen Riders previously, he had emerged victorious. Yet this time, he had encountered a tough opponent.
However, for him, the real battle was just beginning. Because using the Delta Driver, while it enhances strength for others, acts as a limiter for him, Kitazaki.
Now that the Rider System had been broken, it was the perfect time to remove the limiter. His body suddenly shifted, changing from his human form into a silver-white Monster.
On top of his head were two long horns extending outward, and his body was covered in armor that looked incredibly defensive. Both of his arms were equipped with huge, claw-like weapons shaped like dragon heads.
What Kitazaki had transformed into was the Dragon Orphnoch, whose strength ranks in the top three of the entire Orphnoch race. He has two forms; this current form is like Kabuto's Masked Form: strong power and high defense, but with the drawback of slower speed.
(Image Dragon Orphnoch)
The other is the Dragon Man form, similar to Kabuto's Rider Form after casting off; the armor on his body bursts off, granting him super-high-speed movement, faster than Kamen Rider Faiz's Axel Form.
However, even the strongest of the race, the Arch Orphnoch, had been soloed by Shiraishi Shin using Eternal. Let alone this Dragon Orphnoch, who was now facing an even stronger Cronus. What an absurd matchmaking system.
"Is this the true form of that Monster?"
Sumiko Ozawa hid to the side, watching secretly. A Monster is a Monster; it looked truly terrifying. She just hadn't expected that handsome guy to be so powerful, easily defeating the Kamen Rider the Monster had turned into and forcing the Monster to reveal its true form.
Then, thinking of the unpleasantness between them earlier, she looked distressed and muttered, "Well, if he wins later, should I still take him back to the police station? That's a problem."
After transforming into his Orphnoch form, Kitazaki began to walk with an arrogant gait, stepping forward one by one—the walk of a big shot.
"Still acting tough."
Shiraishi Shin sneered. His figure dissolved into green data and vanished from the spot. The next second, he appeared directly in front of the Dragon Orphnoch and used a hand chop to slice off the slender horn on the left side of its head.
