The delicious smell drifting through the villa immediately caught their attention.
Matías folded his arms dramatically before looking at the two women.
"Auntie..." he began with exaggerated seriousness, "you don't mean to eat all that while leaving us to starve, do you?"
His innocent complaint made both women laugh.
"Of course not," Daniella replied warmly as she immediately stretched out both arms toward the boys.
"Come here."
"I thought you were still asleep."
The boys didn't need to be told twice.
They hurried over, each slipping naturally into one of her welcoming embraces.
Daniella smiled as she gently ruffled Matías' hair before reaching over to smooth Adrián's.
"I was beginning to wonder when my two sleepyheads would wake up."
Camilla watched the scene with a soft smile before standing again.
"I prepared enough for all of us."
She walked back toward the stove and uncovered another pot before serving two more plates.
