She always had a dream, something so curious but never understand the reason behind it.ย
Anna sat along in a class room, nothing to see from the outside that's covered by the endless void.
Something that smells so sweet but its taste... Is very awful, nothing she couldn't do about it than to ignore it.
She tried to to move but doesn't have the will to break free from its grabs
She slowly looked around, wondering where or when she would be able leave this class room, from the looks of it, there nothing to write, to learn or to do but only listening to ticking sound of a clock, swinging her feet around until, she decided to asked a question to herself.
"Is it safe for me too go and play..."
ย "I wonder how long are you going to pretend that everything is fine.."
"I just wanna find a place to call home.."
ย "We'll die if we continue to be blind.."

ย "You still have a long way to go, so wake up..."
A silent breeze that dwells around an empty space, from a hollow feelings that shivers through her spine. Anna slowly open her eyes, as she carefully struggles to lift herself up straight , sitting on something soft. Feeling uneasy about the surrounding and location, she was confused and concern about the safety that she's in, knowing that this could be a monster resting place or something that no monster would ever reach up to her here, she turn her head to view the abandon city that looked small from where she currently relaxing.
With every glance she rest her sights on, too only see nothing useful other than dust and a bit of ashes to blind the monster eyes, in case if it's sensitive by that. She carried on through the empty room, hasn't spoken a word to not attracted any attention, she heard footsteps approaching that soon will arrive to greet her.
Afraid as her heart began to race, determine to hide herself from the danger that may be the end of her journey once more, as much as she looked, nothing can't hide her little body, the only place she could think of, that feel safe is behind the door, whether if the monster would be able to open the door or not, she has a chance to slip through, if the thing walked right passed her.
Listening to the hollow steps, as gentle as the sound slowly approach towards the door, fear would continue to build even more as for this very moment, she focus herself and prepare to face it head on and pray that it won't sniff her out from where she's hiding, she quietly walked her way to the position and brace herself against the wall. slowing her breathing and steadying her heart, just the way she learned it so monsters wouldn't be able to feel her presence.
As it grew louder as the echo drawn near the door, as she expected in her favor, the door slowly open towards where she was keeping herself hidden, from her point of view the monster slowly enters in the room as she waited for the exact moment to move away from the doorway, she took this opportunity to freely escape from the room unharmed, little do she know that it was actually the guy that save her life.
The guy already noticed the spot that she was hiding, he already know from the moment she has awaked from the toxic sleeping gas that the plant monster has contaminated its toxic sporesย throughout the whole section of the city, she's one lucky girl to meet him before the monster got a chance to finish her off, At first he thought that this girl was lost or abandon from a group who haven't notices or didn't bother to care of her disappearing, but knowing her situation, he learned for himself that she's traveling alone just like him, he felt a bit of joy that he won't have to burden himself to always keep her protected because he know that she will hide or escape from any danger.
He's glad to found someone who's so little and so young to has survived up to this moment and used her whereabouts to carefully planned and execute this very moment to get away from him, The person scratches his head, knowing that she may be gifted with survival instinct, but she won't live for long due to her carelessness of trying to looked for people to survived with at this day of aged. He walked away from the empty room, leaving the door open as he began to follow her from afar.
Anna silently walked through the halls, carefully as she tread lightly, for every doors, she carefully check each and every one of them just for her own safety, nervous as she was, her face was still calm and collective. knowing her only goal is to escape and looked for another place to sleep properly... even thought she wish she could've take the item along with her, she manage to find a stairway, hesitation would draw in as she notice someone standing at the bottom the the staircase, she slowly back away until her heart began to sink, A single sound of broken glass that she step on, it draws the attention of the person as he slowly turn towards her, looking directly to each other eyes.
The two stand there, watching each other like they hasn't met in very long time, she was surprised to see someone that isn't dead or tore apart, but she ready herself to run if the person turns out to be a monster in disguise, she hasn't speak nor move from where she stand and neither did the person.
The guy decided to breaks the silent by giving her a small introduction on his named, he described himself as a solo explore, searching for survivors throughout this waste land, at least to bring them home from the unknown dangers that still roams through this world. Anna didn't believe a single thing that came out from his mouth as it sounded a bit disfigured, she slowly moved away from the stairway, feeling uneasy. He carefully explain that in this world, she won't survive for long, always expect the unexpected, monster has grown more smarter and deadly. In honesty, if she goes into the world once more, as he quoted, she'll die. he removed his mask, revealing his face.
he looked directly in her eyes, just to reassure her that everything, he's saying in honesty, Anna known to herself to trust no one, but listening to the reasoning, she won't deny nor agree with him, but there's no other options but go along with him.
After the encounter with the person that save her life, Anna slowly backed away as the man walked up the stairs with a mysterious laugh as his body began to deformed itself.
"Don't worried child, you'll be safe with mee..."
