Not by two. Not by ten.
Twenty times.
Jarreck's strength, already monstrous, was now reborn within Dranexx at an entirely different level—far beyond what Jarreck himself had ever reached.
A dark aura pulsed around him as he slowly flexed his fingers, feeling the overwhelming surge of energy coursing through his body.
Dranexx:"Hmmm… so his powers are now mine, enh… just as I suspected."
He paused, his eyes narrowing as realization settled in.
"The world of Cavalry Skill… it's far greater than I imagined."
He clenched his fist, the air around him distorting slightly from the pressure of his power.
"I must be careful in the future…"
His voice dropped, more serious now.
"Anyone killed by any of my weapons… has their power instantly transferred to me."
A faint smirk crept onto his face but it wasn't one of joy. It was calculation.
"And what's worse… each weapon feeds its wielder granting more energy, more stamina…"
He looked at his weapon, almost as if it were alive.
"Only those with immense will… and near-limitless endurance… are even qualified to wield it."
Silence.
Then—
"I'll keep this a secret."
He turned away slowly.
"The others in my crew know… but beyond that?"
A cold, confident smile formed.
"No one else needs to know."
