Ivan watched Daniel, who was watching him back. Daniel's body looked tense, and there was a desperate look on his face that asked for help.
It was all very familiar and lovely for Ivan. It reminded him of the past, and that made him immediately want to take the omega in his arms and mark him thoroughly.
Unfortunately, he could not do that since he was pretending he had not noticed Daniel's real identity…even if it was very evident behind his mask.
'Soon. I will be able to make Daniel mine soon enough. But for now…I need to be patient…'
It was so hard to control himself. Daniel's faint pheromones were lingering around the office, and that made Ivan's body react. His insides were getting warm, and his lower half was…certainly a little busy at the moment.
But Ivan willed it all away for the moment since he did not want to scare Daniel with his forwardness.
The time for that would come later…much later.
