Noah's sword collided head-on with Xavier's.
The instant the blades met, Noah's expression changed.
"Argh!"
A terrifying force surged through his arms.
'He's stronger...!'
His feet slid several meters across the ground, carving deep trails through the soil before he managed to stop himself.
His fingers tightened around the sword. 'He's at the Condensed Core Realm... Low Rank... maybe even Mid Rank. Dammit!'
Noah quickly glanced at Myra. "Mary! Let's draw him away!"
She immediately understood his intention.
"Got it!"
The two of them dashed deeper into the forest. Branches whipped past their faces as they sprinted between the giant trees.
Behind them he came.

Xavier kicked off the ground. His speed exploded. Within only a few seconds, he had already closed the distance.
"So slow."
His cold voice came from directly behind Noah.
