"I can feel it."
Visions flooded him—peaceful skies, rebuilt cities, smiling faces.
"All possible," she continued, "if you stand with us."
Silver Eyes shouted, but her voice sounded distant.
"You were made to rule, not to beg for acceptance."
Kaito clenched his fists.
The shadow inside him stirred, tempted.
