The clock on the wall seems to tick slower with the buzz in the room.
In less than ten minutes the room is filled with five powerful men and six guards; three from each side.
The five men stare at each other. No one is talking. No one is moving. The air would bleed from the tension if you stabbed it with one of Taesan's swords.
Kang Taesan is behind the wide desk, chest bare and face set in a deathly scowl. It's his signature look.
Junho is standing right behind his captain, body tense, brimming with the dark energy to protect and kill.
The three Deus brothers are sitting on the black couch; they sitting in order of birth from first to last.
Damien Deus, the oldest, is wearing a smile. The kind that makes you wonder if you made a mistake and how close you are to war.
Elias Deus, the middle child, is staring blankly. His hands are resting on his crossed legs, he looks…presentable, but the depth in his dark eyes is a warning sign.
