Jamie's POV
As I ran through the dense forest with my men, I heard the rustle of leaves. We were pushing four vampires from our territory. They obviously knew that they were outnumbered and that we will soon reach them but it keeps running and we surrounded them. They were very little .They were children but we attacked them and made them weak and was about to kill them when a certain scent hit my nose. It was pineapple, But we did not bring any female with us and the only female was from the... oh no!
I obviously can't kill my mate and not when she's looking so innocent. She looks around eighteen or so, her were in the right places with big boobs, oh she looks flawless.
Her eyes were... That was a true definition of beauty. Damian, my wolf felt excited but when I reminded him that she was a vampire, he retreated to the back of my mind.
She must have understood because she looked at me with a pleading eyes. I decided to use a new strategy which I knew was going to hurt my men's pride.
"We would let you go If you give us a good reason as to why you crossed over to our territory" All eyes were on me my beta Dain, tried to talk some sense into me but he found out I had already made up my mind and stayed quiet. The vampires must have thought I was joking so they did not look at me nor did they talk. When I ask them with a calm voice twice more with no reply I immediately grabbed my mate by her hand. Her skin was so soft and her hand could fit into my palm perfectly.
She shrieked as I dragged her closer to me and I could see she was seriously hurt. I looked all over her and found out that the part that weren't covered with her torn clothes were filled with bruises and scars. She looked like one who was always bullied, I checked the others and found out the same thing seeing them like this gives me the feeling that they were chased from their family.
"Were the four of you chased away from your family?" The smallest of the four who looked about 11 years looked at me with tears in his eyes and I pitied him. I guess I must have guessed correctly. But they are vampires they are supposed to heal quickly.
"Please... Please let us go we will never come back. Please" My mate begged. Unless she was very clueless or she wasn't told in her family that fruit like scent with werewolves meant mate I'm pretty sure Vampires knew this. Tears trailed down her face. One of the vampires, most likely the eldest, stood up and his fangs and Claws stood out.
"Let my sister go!"
Sister?
Were they all siblings?
No wonder they all looked alike
"Your sister, Is she? Do not worry, I won't hurt any one of you... on one condition." I smirked
"What is it?" He asked as his claws and fangs went back in.
"You all should follow us to our pack." Dain and the rest seemed surprised. Of course they should be. We always killed any sort of creature we came in contact with in my pack.
"Isn't that the same thing as killing us here, the members of your pack won't let us see the light of tomorrow." The second to the smallest said. And of course what he said made enough sense but I wasn't going to let my mate go. Not again. Not this one.
"I am the Alpha and no one dares to hurt my property" I said.
"We are not your property." My mate said as she managed to slip through my hand.
Dain came to me and told me not to be persistent They were obviously vampires. Dain was right, they could be killed if they were taken to the pack, then I decided to everyone my reason for taking them back to the pack.
"Why can't I take my mate back to the pack. The Luna can't be killed don't you all think so?" Everyone was dumbfounded and I was pleased.
"That doesn't give you the right to take us to your pack." She was quite the adamant type.
"Then do you suggest I get rid of you right here" My words must have had effect on her because she went over to the eldest who in turn did not know what to do. He had no other option but to oblige.

Iris POV
As we arrived his back a sudden fear overcame me. Of course werewolves were best at sniffing things.
Most especially vampires.
We were receiving sneers and glares.
My youngest brother held the eldest closely. At least I felt relieved that I had an elder sibling who would put his life at risk to protect his younger ones. My so-called mate was obviously enjoying this as a smiled each time our eyes met. He's Delta had a little mischievous smile on his face when our eyes also met a few times and he's beta was probably the only one not enjoying this. The few times our eyes met he looked away hurriedly and he appeared hurt by this.
As the werewolves were keeping up with their sneers and making me much afraid and uncomfortable, Victory, My elder brother patted my shoulder in a sort of 'I'm here with you pat' My mate turned round and gave his men some orders, took my hand and left with a 'let go of my hand' music trailing behind him.
As we reached the end of the never ending hall, he pushed open a door and pushed me inside rudely. I knew he was up to no good when he said he could kill us if we refused to follow him. I have no choice but to sacrifice myself for my siblings...right,my siblings!
"What about my brothers?" I ask. He stared at me for five seconds or so before he responded.
"If you do your job properly they will be alright" Job...wait, I really was going to sacrifice myself. Even if I was 80 percent sure of this at least 20 percent was enough for him not to treat me as a slave. I'm his mate. He said no one was going to hurt his luna I guess he's an exception. He pushed me to the bed and went into wherever that door led to. Maybe the bathroom. Why did he have to push me so hard?
At least he seemed better than my friends and relatives who made life for my siblings and I a nightmare. I had a lot on my mind but eventually fell asleep.
