"Very well, you are qualified to make a deal with me."

Ophis spoke softly.

What Anos had displayed so far was far from his full depth but she could tell he belonged to her level of existence.

More than that—

She sensed a faint pressure from him.

Not imagination.

He was hiding something.

The moment she agreed, a notification sounded in Anos' mind.

[Ding.]

[Gold Treasure Chest opened.]

[Reward obtained — Divine Potential Development.]

Without hesitation, he opened it.

[Ability evolved — Absolute Dichotomy (Minor Evolution Complete).]

[Development Path — Unknown…]

[Ding.]

[Potential successfully unlocked.]

[New Ability Acquired — Trinity Convergent Resonance Method.]

The Ark Sphere immediately began analyzing.

System rewards came without documentation. All prior breakdowns had been performed by the Sphere itself.

[Analysis complete.]

[Trinity Convergent Resonance Method(TCRM): When sound waves propagate at identical frequencies, resonance occurs, amplifying peaks and troughs.

Abilities function similarly. Individuals using identical energy signatures can create resonance.

Perfect resonance drastically increases the output of a technique.

While this method is active, the user may temporarily manifest in a Trinity form.

Each manifestation produces identical energy fluctuations.

When executing the same technique simultaneously, the power is multiplied significantly…]

[Further analysis — pending…]

The computation stalled there.

This was the first time his innate talent had evolved into a standalone technique.

But that could wait.

Skills would remain.

Ophis would not.

"Ophis," Anos said, gently brushing a hand over her dark hair, "aside from the head of the Red Dragon Emperor, is there anything you want?"

Based on his projection, there was a ninety percent chance she wouldn't react negatively.

So he didn't hesitate.

Ophis tilted her head.

Her emotionless black eyes flickered faintly.

No one had ever touched her like this before.

She didn't understand the gesture—

But the warmth was… pleasant.

"I want a beast doll."

"A beast doll?"

Anos raised a brow.

Given Ophis' perspective, "beast" could describe almost anything.

"Ah! That!" Asia suddenly clapped her hands.

"What is it?" Anos asked.

---

They stood outside an arcade.

Asia pointed toward a claw machine filled with plush toys.

"That's what she meant."

Earlier, when they had been walking together, Ophis had suddenly stopped.

Staring.

Locked onto the claw machine.

Asia had tried to win one for her.

But with her coordination?

It hadn't gone well.

Ophis had watched the entire time intently.

Even drooling slightly.

But the plush had remained inside.

"The terms of the contract?"

Ophis returned to the topic abruptly.

She had stated her desire.

But Anos had yet to state his.

"I want to borrow your power."

Anos smiled faintly, feeding a coin into the machine.

He had once been banned from arcades.

Probability-based systems and he did not mix well.

Machines tended to malfunction.

"Borrow my power? Do you want my Serpents?"

Ophis asked bluntly.

Asia blinked.

She had no idea what either of them meant.

She didn't understand the name Ophis.

She didn't understand the scale of her power.

But she trusted.

If she needed to know, she would be told.

Until then, she would simply watch.

Compared to whatever this negotiation was—

She cared more about the task Anos might assign her later.

At the mention of Serpents, Anos shook his head.

Ophis' Serpents were merely energy vessels.

The user's tolerance determined their true output.

And he—

Had already pushed his physical limits.

"No," he said calmly, handing Ophis a panda plush he had effortlessly won. "I don't need your Serpents. I need you to lend me your power directly."

"Oooh…"

Ophis stared at the panda plush in his hands.

The "beast" she had referred to.

Yes.

A panda.

The legendary ferocious companion of ancient warlords.

Or so one might jokingly claim.

"Panda."

She reached upward.

Anos lifted it higher.

She stretched again.

Too short.

The Dragon God of Infinity—

Defeated by plushie elevation tactics.

She jumped lightly.

Still couldn't reach it.

Apparently—

Even a Dragon God could not resist the charm of a panda plush.
