Alina's POV
I stood in front of the vanity, staring intensely at my own reflection in the glass. I felt entirely different for some reason. It wasn't just the lingering shock of realizing I was no longer wolfless, but something deeper, shifting beneath my skin—something completely foreign that I couldn't quite grasp.
You are different from the others, Alina, my wolf's voice suddenly echoed in my mind, her tone heavy and laced with a strange reverence.
How? I asked her internally, gripping the edge of the sink. How am I different? I'm just an Omega who finally found her wolf. That's it. So how can I be different?
There are some questions that you simply need to figure out for yourself, she replied mysteriously, her voice fading back into the recesses of my consciousness.
