On the not-so-spacious grassland of King Kai's Planet, the atmosphere became tense.
"Listen carefully. Control the flow of your energy. Instantly release the energy in every cell, but contain it like a dam and only let it explode at the moment of impact."
King Kai explained the theory like a strict old teacher.
Goku looked completely confused and scratched his head.
"Lord King Kai, can you make it simpler? Is it like a whoosh and then a boom?"
King Kai almost choked, "Are you a savage? It's compression first, then explosion!"
After half a day of struggling, Goku finally began to understand the basics.
"Kaioken!"
With a low shout, a faint red aura appeared around Goku's body.
His muscles tightened, veins bulged, and sweat formed on his forehead.
"Excellent! That's Kaioken!" King Kai nodded in approval.
"Try to maintain it. Be careful not to overdo it."
Goku gritted his teeth, but the red aura disappeared after less than ten seconds.
He panted heavily, his face flushed as if he had just come out of a sauna.
"Amazing. My power really increased, but my body hurts a lot," Goku rubbed his shoulder, looking both excited and uncomfortable.
"Of course it does. This technique puts enormous strain on your body," King Kai then looked proudly at Krillin.
"Baldy, it's your turn. Even though your foundation is good, I suggest you start with half power and gradually increase it."
"Kaioken."
Krillin didn't even wait for King Kai to finish speaking. With half a piece of grilled fish still in his mouth, he activated it casually.
Boom.
A deep crimson aura shot upward instantly, surrounding Krillin like a volcanic eruption.
This wasn't a faint red glow. It was dense, blood-red energy.
King Kai's Planet suddenly trembled.
"H-how many times is that?"
King Kai's eyes nearly popped out of his head, and the broom in his hand snapped.
"About five times, I think," Krillin stretched his neck calmly.
"It feels like I just finished warming up. My body feels nice and warm."
"Warm?" King Kai felt his worldview collapsing.
Five times Kaioken would normally crush a human body, yet Krillin only felt slightly warm.
"Let's increase it a little more."
Krillin narrowed his eyes.
The Saitama Template's greatest advantage was having no limits.
His body was like an infinitely elastic container capable of holding endless power.
"Ten times Kaioken."
The ground began to crack.
King Kai's beloved red convertible was blown into the air and flipped several times before crashing into the forest.
"My car!" King Kai cried out in despair.
The aura surrounding Krillin deepened into a darker crimson. Even the space around him began to distort under the pressure of the dense energy.
Goku stared in shock as the bun in his hand dropped to the ground.
"Krillin, your energy is terrifying."
"I'm not finished yet."
Krillin felt energy roaring through every cell of his body.
This was pure power.
Violent and overwhelming power.
"This level is enough to defeat Nappa, but it still isn't enough for Vegeta. Great Ape Vegeta has a power level of 1,80,000 and he can still remain conscious."
Krillin focused.
"System, lock the critical point of physical collapse. I want to see where my limit is."
[Host's physical strength is extremely high. No risk of collapse detected. Suggest attempting twenty times Kaioken.]
"Then twenty times it is."
Krillin took a deep breath and stepped forward.
"Twenty times Kaioken!"
A massive crimson pillar of energy erupted into the sky.
The small planet shook violently.
Trees were blown away instantly, and King Kai's house groaned under the pressure as roof tiles scattered everywhere.
King Kai himself was blasted against the wall and stuck there like a poster.
"This is insane! Is this guy the reincarnation of a God of Destruction?"
King Kai's wig flew off in the wind.
"Stop! The planet is going to split apart!"
At the center of the storm, Krillin calmly checked his System panel.
Combat Power: 120,000 (6,000 × 20)
One hundred and twenty thousand.
At this point in time, this level of power was overwhelming.
Frieza's first form only had a power level of 530,000, and Captain Ginyu had 120,000.
That meant once Krillin activated twenty times Kaioken, he could move freely across Planet Namek without fear.
Krillin slowly withdrew his aura.
The crimson light faded, and the overwhelming pressure disappeared instantly.
Other than slight damage to his clothes, he wasn't injured at all.
"Feels good," Krillin brushed dust off his clothes and looked at King Kai.
"King Kai, what were you saying earlier about taking it step by step?"
King Kai slid down from the wall and put his wig back on with trembling hands.
"Freak. Are all Earthlings monsters like you?"
He looked at his destroyed yard with a heartbroken expression.
"My lawn. My car. My house..."
Goku ran over and circled Krillin with shining eyes.
"That was amazing, Krillin! How did you do it? Doesn't your body hurt?"
"Hurt?" Krillin thought for a moment.
"It feels about the same as a mosquito bite."
Goku immediately looked discouraged and returned to training seriously.
"Alright, King Kai." Krillin walked over and adjusted King Kai's sunglasses.
"Don't worry so much. At worst, my wife can build you a better place later and teleport it here. Now teach me the Spirit Bomb."
King Kai sighed deeply, feeling like he had lost all dignity as a master.
"The Spirit Bomb is a technique that borrows energy from all living things. It requires a pure heart."
He looked at Krillin suspiciously, "Can someone as mischievous as you really learn it?"
Krillin shrugged, "There's no harm in trying. It's not like I have anything better to do."
