It was morning, and all the students were seated inside the classroom. Alpha stood at the front with a girl beside him.
"Before we begin, let me introduce our new student. Her name is Hiruma," Alpha announced.
Hiruma was Atura's younger sister.
She looked at the class and said, "I'll only be staying here for a short while."
In truth... I'm here to find my brother, Atura, she thought to herself.
Alpha smiled and said, "For now, you can take a seat with Lina and Vilina."
Hiruma nodded and started walking toward her seat.
"Now then," Alpha continued, addressing the class, "today you'll practice the Teleportation Technique using the Gyan Mudra. Tomorrow, we'll be going somewhere to learn something entirely new!"
Hiruma paused for a brief moment.
I have to find Atura... as soon as possible, she thought before continuing toward her seat.
Hiruma had no idea that her brother, Atura, was already dead.
Meanwhile, Ajina found himself lying in a hospital once again.
His eyes slowly opened.
"I've fought so many battles..." he muttered with a bitter smile. "At this point, the hospital and I have a special relationship."
He let out a sigh.
"Should I go outside today? ...No. I should focus on recovering first."
Suddenly, his vision became blurry.
He slowly looked around the room, feeling as if someone was watching him.
But Ajina had no idea...
High above him, a figure named Makhulu stood motionless in the air, like a lifeless corpse suspended in the sky, silently observing him.
However, there was one thing worth mentioning...
Makhulu could not see.
Ajina tried to get out of the hospital bed.
But the moment he moved, a strange wave surged through his head, making it feel as if his body had been glued to the bed.
He slowly closed his eyes.
In the next instant...
A vision unfolded before him.
He found himself standing in an endless field within an infinite expanse of space. The land was barren and lifeless, a place where no human could possibly survive.
Ajina stood there like a dead man.
His body was slumped forward.
Suddenly, he started running.
He ran as if death would catch him within the next few moments.
Then, he looked up at the blazing sun.
Tears streamed down his face.
He quickly lowered his gaze...
Only to see a deep cliff a few meters ahead of him.
Ajina froze.
It felt strangely familiar...
As though he had seen that cliff before.
Suddenly, his vision became blurry once again.
When his sight finally cleared...
He found himself standing before a gigantic eagle spreading its magnificent wings.
Ajina frowned.
"The path ahead... is becoming narrower and narrower."
Suddenly, one of the eagle's wings broke off and fell to the ground.
Instead of giving up, the eagle began running on its talons, desperately trying to take flight.
Ajina slowly dropped to his knees.
Tears fell silently onto the barren earth.
With a heavy voice, he whispered,
"Will I... never be able to fly?"
He clenched his fists.
"No... Even thinking that is a sin."
The eagle flapped its remaining wing with all its strength...
Then, without hesitation, it leaped off the edge of the cliff.
Moments later, it stopped flapping altogether...
Its body became completely still as it descended into the endless abyss.
Ajina sprinted toward the edge of the cliff.
Staring into the darkness below, he spoke with unwavering seriousness.
"Today, my prime has witnessed its own end."
"I know... my weaknesses will one day become an inspiration to this world."
At that very moment...
A trembling voice echoed through the void.
It was Namiya.
Filled with fear and sorrow, she cried out,
"Ajina... has cancer."
