The afterimage hit the Animen like a black tsunami.
First in line — a three-meter Bear-headed soldier, energy axe raised for a killing blow.
Jake didn't dodge.
Upper-right fist met the axe head-on.

The high-density energy weapon shattered. The fist continued — into the bear's chest.
No blood. No gore.
The Soul Annihilation trait activated. Black cracks raced across the bear-soldier's body — its internal soul pierced by deathly energy.
Crack.
The giant became black ash. Drifted away.
One hit. Instant kill.
Three leopard-gene soldiers pounced from blind spots — claws aimed at Jake's throat.
Both left arms swept outward. Necrosword bone blades at the elbows drew crescent arcs of black deathly energy through the air.

The three leopard-men — bisected mid-leap. Their halves hit the ground and weathered to black smoke before a single drop of blood could fall.
"Too weak."
Jake charged deeper.
Four fists. A storm.
Smash. Boom. Cut. Tear.
Every punch turned an Animen to ash. Every bone-blade swing cleared a fan-shaped zone. The High Evolutionary's "perfect weapons" — his centuries of genetic engineering — dissolved like tissue paper against the material that had killed the God of Symbiotes.
Their proud regeneration? A joke. Soul Annihilation bypassed biology entirely.
Thirty seconds.
Hundreds of guards. All ash.
The dissection room floor was covered in a thick black carpet of remains.
Jake walked to the restraint beds. Four hands grabbed four sets of high-voltage chains.

High-strength alloy — snapped by brute force.
The Guardians tumbled to the floor, gasping.
"God — what's this new look? Did you eat Thanos's cousin?" Quill rubbed his bleeding wrists, staring at the dark demon-god version of Four Arms.
"Take your tree and raccoon to the corner."
Jake didn't look back. He shook bone-ash from his fists and walked toward the transparent shield at the room's end.
The High Evolutionary stood behind it.
The fanaticism was gone from his eyes. What remained was trembling.
"This isn't physical attack. This is... divinity erasure. You stole Knull's power!"
"I told you I'd twist off your head."
Jake's two right arms pulled back. Muscles surged under Necro-Armor. Deathly energy compressed into both fists.
BOOM—!!!
Both fists struck the "Absolute Energy Shield" — rated to withstand a stellar explosion.
The underground fortress shuddered. Dome cracks widened. On the shield's surface — a ring of blinding light, then web-like fractures spreading from the impact point.
[Warning: Shield integrity below thirty percent. Collapse imminent.]
"Madman!"
The High Evolutionary hit the red button.
"Since you love genetic weapons — let me show you my ultimate masterpiece!"
The wall behind the dissection room collapsed.
A massive incubation pod — filled with murky green nutrient solution — was exposed. The red button shattered the glass. Green liquid poured like a waterfall.
A pale hand — enormous, tumor-covered, wrong — reached from the bottom and gripped the metal floor.
"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!" Rocket leaped onto Groot's shoulder.
"Kree supreme commander genes. Skrull empress genes. Symbiote dragon DNA from the Earth invasion." The High Evolutionary laughed as an escape hatch opened beneath his feet, his body descending. "Stitched together. Sanity removed. Only the purest destruction instinct remains!"
"Eat him! Code name: RIOT BEAST!"
ROAR—!!!!
Thirty meters tall. A bloated mountain of flesh — tentacles and biological organs from a dozen species grafted onto a body that had no right to exist. No eyes. Just a bloody maw of razor teeth that occupied half its face.
The roar shattered every remaining piece of glass. A dozen thick tentacles swung at Jake like flyswatters.
The High Evolutionary vanished into the underground passage. The shield closing behind him.
"Running?"
Jake looked up — tentacles descending, escape route closing.

The dark Four Arms vanished. White-green light erupted.
A mechanical alien materialized — blue metal armor, massive sonic generators extending from shoulders and back.

Jake pressed his palms together. Cold gaze locked on the mountain of flesh.
