The door to the headmaster office opened, revealing a golden haired boy calmly searching the room.
The boy could could see tables full of mystical trinkets, shelves full of Magical books there was even a phoenix sleeping on it's perch. On the walls were tens of portraits of past headmastes, some were sleeping, some were gone but the boy wasn't looking at them, he was looking at an old patched hat.
The boy slowly walked towards the hat reaching out to grab it. But before he could put it on his head a voice called out.
"Welcome back Mr.Bramwell."
Albus Dumbledore, the headmaster of Hogwarts apeared next to the phoenix slowly petting it's head.
"Hello headmaster, what brings you here at this late hour?" Basil greeted Dumbledore.
"I might say the same to you Mr.Bramwell. I am the headmaster and this is my office you on the other hand, are a student who snuck into the headmasters office."
"Im not here to cause any trouble headmaster, just gonna talk with a friend." Basil had an innocent smile on his face, as if he had never broken any rules in his life.
Dumbledore looked at Basil curiously, scanning every part of him, trying to peer into his mind.
"My friend Nicolas mentioned something very interesting, there's was a person born a long time ago who doesnt die, not from old age nor the killing curse. He goes by many names and never stays at the same place for too long. Do you perhaps know of him?"
Basil smiled "I actually do know him, if you could ask him one thing, what would you ask for?"
"Well... I would ask him to protect Hogwarts during his stay."
"Don't worry, he will... well I'm gonna talk with my friend now." Basil took the sorting hat and left the office.
