The palace front yard had fully transformed into a battlefield without swords. Hundreds of citizens, nobles, priests, and merchants kept chanting the same words.
"Strip the Crown Prince!"
The words hammered against the palace walls like blades clashing.
But Prince Rain wasn't taken before the people. He was dragged across the floor like a slave. His body tried protesting.
"I can't walk," he hissed.
But the guards seemed not to hear him. They continued pulling him toward the roughest side of the floor, and even the dungeon was no different.
Royals had never seen the four corners of the dungeon… a place where hardened criminals dwelled and the court's most disturbing cases landed. But today, history took a new turn.
Crown Prince Rain was taken to the lower dungeon, a place that smelled of rot and decay.
