After Prince Karim and his twin sister, Princess Kamilia, left, a few others left one after the other, but their judging gazes remained with Kora. Finally, the princes left, and so did the king. Kora was left all alone with her sisters.
The look of disappointment on their faces was already hard enough, but she could see the smile of victory splattered on the lips of some.
"Why did you have to open the door like that? We could have calmed the situation without alerting others. " Kelly quickly turned to Kate when the coast was clear.
"Oh, please, Kelly, don't put this now on me. We all saw how it unfolded. If I had not reached for the door, someone would have." Kate raised her hands dismissively, but everyone just looked at her knowingly.
