when Palestnia discovered that she is to be sod in an auction, she tries to run away. but she comes back when she learns that her loved ones will be killed if she doesn’t return. she realizes that she has no choice but hope that someone saves her. is she truly powerless or does she have a future ahead?

I felt my dad's fearful  gaze go from the ground to me. I hated how he treated me like a disappointment. I know his wife died because of me, but it really isn't my fault or anything.
