This man was nothing like the man I fell in love with on that late autumn evening. Aaron was a resident at Graham's hospital when I first met him, while I was a broke master's student working an internship in the hospital financial department. From the beginning, it was a well-known fact there was a genius doctor sponsored by Victor Graham himself. A dashing doctor in his late twenties who got the privilege to learn medicine from the best. He was on his way to success. The road was already paved.
Seven years ago, I didn't know who Aaron was. Just whispers of the genius doctor. But fate had other plans. One day, on my way out of the cafeteria, I bumped into him, and like the rich boy he was, he scoffed in disgust and annoyance.
