Caesar let out an amused laugh. "You speak as if you can."
"what would be stopping her from going through with it after what you did to her." Sterling spoke.
"Ah, I see she has not told you much." Caesar teased, "So you work together to attempt at cornering me but yet you do not trust each other one bit. You two are really something."
"What is he talking about?" Sterling turned to ask Lenette. Lenette was about to play it off as nothing when Caesar interrupted.
"Hmm, here I was thinking you enjoyed my visit a couple days ago that you would have told your new best friend about it." Caesar spoke with a smug smile knowing he was trying to cause discourse in their alliance. And likewise, Sterling turned to her in anger as understanding settled in him.
"Nothing, it is too late to argue about it now." She spoke to Sterling who was till trying to get an explanation from his partner, "He is mocking us saying that he already knew we were working together."
