A revelation dawned upon them. The being was neither benevolent nor malevolent. It was simply awakening. But its rebirth would change the planet forever.
If it fully regenerated, the planet might cease to exist as they knew it, returning to whatever it once was before its slumber. Would their civilizations survive such a change?
If they intervened, preventing the being's rebirth, they would betray the very force that had given them life. Could they doom their god to eternal sleep?
A choice had to be made.
1. Do nothing—accept the rebirth and risk everything.
2. Prevent the rebirth—fight against the inevitable.
3. Find a new balance—forge a path where both they and the being could coexist in its new form.
But time was running out. The cycles were shifting. And soon, the being would awaken.
