'You have to kill her the moment Levia tells you how to break the bond.' I have always known Seraphine to be a strategic planner, a skilled one, and seeing her move from one corner of the room to the other felt like old times, in court with high chiefs.
My father had hired her to be a general at a very young age, and while I was learning to stand on both feet, she was ordering executions and bullying people way older than her. Lords, among others, but if there was one thing that remained consistent among other things, it was how she was always right in all demands and ideas.
If she thinks killing Lisha was right, then she might be right. And I might need to follow through but—
"If I kill her, I die. As much as Levia would be of much help, I do not trust he would come because of one letter. Levia is smart. He would see through it. He would want something in return even if he helps."
