Chapter 99 - 7 minutes

Well, it turned out that the 7 minutes wasn't what I was thinking. Since she has no friends, I've been the one listening to Princess. I did tell her to come find me whenever she needs someone to talk to, so I guess I brought this on myself.

It's a good thing, being there for her, but my mind was definitely somewhere else. I was craving something a lot less talkative. I just hugged her, her voice echoing slightly in the empty classroom.

"I can't believe my own brother would shut me out just because I missed one friday, and now he's making me compete with the newcomers… Bulldogs Club…"

This wasn't the first time she had talked about it. She always brought it up. It had been occupying her mind for weeks now, like a looped tape she couldn't turn off. Leo approved some club a few blocks away from Princess's spot, taking over Friday nights. Where every teenager was supposed to be clubbing at Lunny Club, they were now at Bulldogs Club.
