"What the hell is this?!"
Hexi's soft, fair face had gone deathly pale from the sudden shock. A few glistening beads of sweat on her forehead made it obvious just how anxious and unsettled she was.
As an angel who had lived for tens of thousands of years, she did not mind finding herself some powerful male god. But there was no way she was going to end up like Kayle and Morgana, tied around somebody's waist like that.
She was the dignified Heavenly Foundation Queen, and a god who still had some pride left, all right?!
So many civilizations were watching. If she got tied around someone's waist and smacked around like a drum, smack smack smack, how were her people supposed to look at her after that? How was one of the ancient rulers of angel civilization supposed to keep commanding her subordinates? How was she supposed to go on being a god in the known universe?
"Hexi, what are you waiting for?"
"Can't you see I saved you a spot right here?"
"Come on over..."
"No, better yet, sit right next to me!!"
Jovian looked Hexi up and down. He had to admit, her looks were the real deal. Her long silver hair gave her both softness and nobility, while the sharpness in her brows carried a bit of heroism, and the kind of regal authority only a true ruler possessed.
"Right next to you..."
Hexi fell silent for a moment. Looking at Jovian's thigh as he kept patting it, she found herself wondering whether "next to him" really meant next to him, or something else entirely.
"What are you waiting for?"
"My Three Queens bond is only missing you."
Jovian's words were full of authority, but to Hexi's ears, they also carried an irritating trace of smugness.
Her gaze sharpened.
"The kind of man I hate most in this life is a scumbag!"
As she spoke, she lightly waved a hand. A massive bladed star, almost like a gigantic throwing weapon, crossed countless layers of space and appeared above her head.
"Be careful, that's Hexi's weapon. It can kill gods!"
Unlike the silent Kayle, Morgana immediately warned Jovian the moment she saw Hexi summon the weapon.
"No, seriously, Liangbing, what is wrong with you?"
"I've been trying this whole time to rescue you, and now you're helping an outsider instead?"
Hexi stared at Morgana in disbelief, anger flaring in her chest.
"Oh, screw you. Drop the act already. You're not much better than that old bitch Kayle!"
Even now, Morgana still had not forgotten to curse Kayle. Losing was temporary, but cursing Kayle was a lifelong commitment.
"You..."
Hexi's eye twitched slightly at Morgana's attitude.
"Anyway, I already ended up like this, and that old bitch Kayle's been put through her share too, so why should you be the only one who gets off fine?"
"Wouldn't it be nice if good sisters all ended up like this together?"
Morgana grinned and shouted at Hexi.
"To hell with that. You being shameless and having no dignity is your business!"
"I'm not like you. I'd still like to keep this old face of mine intact for a while longer!"
Hexi fired right back. She was a woman who cared very much about dignity. Just how much? Every morning, she would spend an hour looking in the mirror, admiring that peerless beauty of hers.
"Hahahaha..."
"What a shame. You're about to end up just like the two of us!"
Morgana laughed arrogantly, as if she were the one who had brought Jovian here.
"Jovian, get moving already! Tie Hexi up and do all that stuff to her!"
"Take this stubborn woman, and that filthy bitch Kayle too, and put them both through the same thing!"
An evil gleam flashed in Morgana's eyes, the kind of lustful light that made it feel as if she wanted to strip Hexi bare on the spot. A chill ran through Hexi's body.
"..."
Jovian looked at the Morgana beside him, who seemed even more eager than he was to see Hexi dealt with, and felt speechless.
Smack, smack, smack.
Jovian ignored Morgana completely and simply gave her butt a few solid smacks.
"Hey, hey, hey..."
"Why are you hitting me?"
"You should be hitting Hexi!"
"Even if you're not hitting Hexi, you should be hitting that old bitch Kayle. I've been on your side this whole time!"
Feeling the blows landing on her backside, Morgana looked at Jovian in confusion.
"Don't talk so much!"
"I'll spank whoever I feel like spanking!"
Jovian stared at Morgana and spoke with absolute dominance.
"You..."
Morgana's face shifted slightly at that, but having learned her lesson, she did not say anything else. She was not stupid. She knew that if she kept going, the one who would suffer was still her.
"Hexi, I'll give you one chance to surrender on your own."
"That way we don't have to waste time here."
"And you can spare yourself some physical suffering too."
Jovian decided to give Hexi a chance. He was just that reasonable.
"No thanks. Save that chance for Morgana!"
"I think she needs the opportunity you're offering a lot more than I do!"
Hexi ground her teeth slightly as she looked at Jovian. She had thought the rebellious fallen angel and demon queen Morgana was already arrogant enough, but Jovian was even worse.
The kind of people Hexi hated most were the arrogant ones. Even if Jovian was stronger than she was, she still wanted to show him exactly how formidable the Heavenly Foundation Queen could be.
"Sigh..."
Jovian shook his head. He really had given Hexi a chance. She was beautiful, a top-tier beauty without question, and he was a man with gentlemanly manners. He knew how to be gracious with beautiful women. Unfortunately, Hexi did not seem to appreciate his kindness at all.
"Then surrender by force!"
Using her consciousness to control the massive bladed star floating in the air, Hexi sent it hurtling straight at Jovian.
The weapon spun at blinding speed, carrying a force that seemed capable of splitting an entire galaxy, and shot directly toward his body.
"Heh..."
Facing the gigantic weapon overflowing with terrifying power, Jovian sat motionless on his throne. He did not even blink, as if the god-killing weapon meant absolutely nothing to him.
"Don't look down on me!"
It was precisely that attitude that enraged Hexi. In an instant, the weapon's rotation sped up even more under the force of her anger.
Boom!
And yet, that superweapon, carrying enough power to annihilate super soldiers and kill a chief god, came to a dead stop when it was less than a millimeter away from Jovian.
"Damn it..."
Hexi stretched one hand toward Jovian, desperately trying to force her weapon forward. But no matter how many commands she gave it, the bladed star could not get any closer. It was as if that tiny distance of less than a millimeter actually spanned countless light-years, existing in another dimension altogether, forever unable to reach him.
"Give it up!"
"I already told you, I cracked the defense system of your Merlot Heavenly Court."
"All I did was make a few adjustments to the angels' defense system and use it on myself!"
"With your subspace transport tech, you can't touch me!"
"If all Three Queens were fighting together, then maybe, just maybe, you'd have a slight chance of reaching me."
Jovian waved a hand. In his eyes, everything Hexi was doing was pointless. She could spend a hundred years at it and still never break through his defenses.
Smack.
After saying that, Jovian casually gave Morgana another slap too.
"Hey!"
"Why am I the one getting hit again?"
Morgana looked annoyed. This time she had not even said anything.
"Because you feel good. Got a problem with that?"
Jovian turned his head and looked at Morgana with those divine eyes of his.
"Well... not exactly..."
The moment Morgana met his gaze, she folded, lowering her head on the spot.
"Heh..."
Jovian smiled faintly at Morgana's bowed head. Even the worst sadist would end up turning submissive in his hands.
"Hexi, keep going."
After shaking his head, Jovian looked straight at Hexi again and smiled.
"Don't get too cocky!"
With a wave of her hand, the massive bladed star suddenly multiplied into dozens of copies, as if it had split itself apart. Then they surrounded Jovian and launched attacks from every direction at once.
"Useless! Useless!"
Jovian still sat on his throne as Hexi controlled those god-killing weapons and relentlessly hammered at the space around him, throwing off lethal showers of dazzling sparks.
"Hey, tomboy..."
Hexi's expression did not change as she continued controlling the bladed stars. At the same time, she secretly opened a line to Kayle.
"Old witch?!"
A faint shimmer flashed before Kayle's eyes.
"It's me..."
"This bastard's hiding inside a turtle shell. My attacks can't hurt him at all..."
"I need access to your Knowledge Vault!"
Sweat was beginning to bead on Hexi's forehead. Even with her own processing power, the current attack was pushing her. More importantly, even after pushing her celestial computer to one hundred percent output, she still could not calculate a path through the unknown dimension surrounding Jovian. She needed more computational power.
"Fine." Kayle agreed immediately to let Hexi link to her Knowledge Vault, then warned her, "I authorize you. But be careful. My Knowledge Vault is currently being restricted by Jovian. I don't know whether my authorization will still be enough for you to access it."
Kayle no longer even knew whether it should still be called Kayle's Knowledge Vault. At this point, it might already have become something shaped entirely by Jovian.
"It doesn't matter. As long as I can connect to it, I'll drive this idiot's authority out of it!"
Hexi sounded extremely confident in her own abilities.
"Morgana! Stop playing dead over there!"
Hexi's tone toward Morgana changed completely, filled with open irritation.
"The hell, who's that? Which old bitch dares talk to the demon queen that loudly?"
Morgana turned her head away and acted like she had no idea who was calling her.
"Drop the act. Demon queen, my ass. At this rate you're about to be the queen of waist-drums. Cut the crap and hand over your spacetime transport tech and your Demon One authority to me!"
Hexi could not be bothered wasting time arguing with someone who had screwed her over more than once. She got straight to the point.
"You want my tech?"
"Pfft!"
"You think you deserve it?!"
Morgana had absolutely no intention of handing over access to her technology.
"Enough already. If you don't give me authority, the three of us are all doomed!"
"Our angels might survive well enough, but do you really think this horn dog is going to spare your demonkind?"
"Do you want to stand there and watch the race you spent ten thousand years building get wiped out?"
As Hexi spoke to Morgana in their hidden exchange, she deliberately straightened up a little, showing off her flawless figure and breathtaking beauty.
The meaning was obvious. Even if all of them really were defeated by Jovian, Hexi could still rely on her unbeatable beauty and perfect body to land on her feet. The beautiful angel women under her would probably not end up too badly either, at worst just serving under a new leader. But the demonkind Morgana had built up as the demon queen, they were in real trouble. In Jovian's eyes, most of them, no, more accurately, nearly one hundred percent of them, were hideous and unfit to live. Their fate was obvious.
"You..."
"Fine! As long as you promise me that after we beat this idiot, you won't hurt my demons, then I'll hand over all my authority!"
Morgana clenched her teeth. She knew she was being threatened, and the worst part was that she had no way around it.
"Of course!"
Hexi agreed without even needing to think.
"You better not go back on your word!"
Morgana was extremely cautious, afraid Hexi would stab her in the back. After all, opening authority like this was basically putting her life straight into Hexi's hands.
"You can relax. I'm not you."
There was a trace of disdain in Hexi's eyes. She was not like Morgana, who could say one thing, unsay it the next second, and go through life without a single honest sentence in her mouth.
"Fine!"
Morgana did not argue, because she knew Hexi was telling the truth.
"The authority is yours!"
The moment Morgana opened her permissions to Hexi, Kayle's Knowledge Vault and Morgana's technical authority both unfolded completely before her.
In an instant, Hexi linked up with the top celestial computers in the universe.
"So this is what it feels like to use the power of all Three Queens at once?"
"It feels like the laws of the whole universe are opening themselves up in front of me. Things I never understood before don't seem difficult at all now!"
"The power of the Three Queens really is incredible..."
Countless streams of data flashed through Hexi's eyes, endless flows of information rolling through her mind, until...
"Surprise~"
Inside Hexi's mind, a man shining with golden brilliance, so radiant he looked even more dazzling than Kayle, sat high upon a throne and greeted her warmly.
"You? How did you invade my information plane?"
Hexi stared at the man in front of her, the very man she had just seen moments ago, her eyes going wide.
"The three of you were plotting so loudly, what, did you really think I was deaf?"
"You seriously thought slapping some encryption on the channel meant nobody else could hear a thing?"
Seated high on his throne, Jovian looked at Hexi, unsure whether he should laugh or curse. Were they seriously treating him like an idiot?
"You..."
Hexi looked at Jovian, wanting to say something.
"Oh, screw that."
In an instant, Jovian used two top-tier celestial computers and Ultron's monstrous computational power to counter Hexi on the spot.
"You're this naughty? Then you need to be disciplined."
With a wave of his hand, countless tendrils appeared throughout that space, virtual yet real.
It was like scrolling Instagram for thirst traps and instantly following hundreds of them. Pure human nature.
"You..."
As Hexi looked at Jovian, a faint blush began to spread across her face.
