Moving through the forest quickly, Elizabeth and the kids tried to leave the forest while Logan kept Xavier and his men busy. "Mom we have to go back,dad might have caught himself in that explosion earlier",Marie said as with a desperate look on her face. "Don't worry your father will be fine, but right now I need you to leave the forest", Elizabeth said as she turned to look at Marie. Then suddenly out of know where a hand grabbed her by the head as she tried to convince them to leave. "Mom"!
Dashing towards person who held his mother hostage Gray swung a hatchet towards his head, but before he could land the hit, another man came from the darkness as he grabbed his hands with brute strength forcing Gray to let go of the hatchet. "Easy there kid if you don't want your mother as corpse l suggest you stop resisting", the man said as his companion placed a dagger towards Elizabeth throat.
Seeing his mother in such danger, Gray stopped resisting as the man tied him and his sister to a tree "There all done, now contact the boss and tell him we got them",said the guy to his companion." Yeah sure",the other guy said as he sent message to Xavier.

As Xavier fought Logan, a bright smile appeared on his face as he received a message from his men. "What are you smiling about"?, Logan said as he thrust his sword forward towards Xavier chest. Blocking the attack, Xavier jumped back to create some distance between him Logan. "Oh no reason, I just feel like something interesting is about happen",he said as his smile grew wider. " What are you talking about",Logan said as he took a fighting stance. Then out of know where, two men in dark robes appeared in their midst with Elizabeth bound with ropes.
Moving swiftly Xavier grabbed Elizabeth from his minion as he pointed his sword towards her neck . "Stay back or she dies" he said as he pricked Elizabeth neck with the sword causing blood to trickle down her neck. "Now tell me, were is the shadow core". Staring holes at Xavier, Logan noticed that some of Xavier's men had survived and were now surrounding him from all sides. "Ellie, are you alright", Logan said still glaring at Xavier. "Don't worry I'm fine, but they tied the kids to a tree", Elizabeth said as she glared at the men who captured her. "Wait a sec you you guys had kids, damn you guys were busy weren't you. Well to bad cause their future is going to be cut short. Hearing this Logan unleashed a killing intent, frightening Xavier men. "Mom,dad"! Hearing his daughter's voice Logan turned around with a terrified expression on his face as he saw Marie rushing towards them with a dark or th size of her fist as her brother chased after her. As Elizabeth saw her children running towards them a furious expression came on her face. "What are you doing, here I told you to run"!.
Never hearing their mother shout at them with such anger,both Marie and Gray were shocked. "But we couldn't just leave you guys", Marie said with tears flowing down her face. "Oh my, what a heart warming moment, but who cares. There's a reason why we vampires are cold hearted Xavier said as he looked at the shadow core in Marie's hands. "Now little girl give me the core and I won't hurt Mommy or Daddy",he said with obvious ill intent in his eyes. But with how desperate and innocent Marie was, she foolishly believed him.
"You promise"?,said the little girl innocently. "I promise". The moment Marie took step forward a string red as blood pulled the core from her hands while one of Xavier's men moved forward to slash her from behind. As the sword was about to pierce Marie's chest a hand grabbed the neck of the man and snapped it in an instant. If you touch a single hair on her head, I'll make the word "hell" sound so fucking inviting, Logan said as he still held the dead man in his hand, looking like the embodiment of death. Turning towards his wife Logan gave her nod. Nodding in return as if they understood each other , Elizabeth activated a spell which teleports anyone or anything she touches. Touching both herself and the shadow core in Xavier's hands, Elizabeth broke free of his grasp as she appeared in front both Marie and Gray. "I love you both with all my heart and even though we won't be by your side we will always be with you no matter where you are", Elizabeth said with tears on her face as she smiled at her children. "Mom please don't"!, Gray said as a light teleported them to the outskirts of the forest. "Now". Both Logan and Elizabeth looked at the people around them with death in their eyes as a light surrounded Elizabeth while eight wings appeared behind her back . And in the area were Logan was standing got darker as two dark majestic horns protruded out of his head with two dark wings behind his back. "Let us show you what happens when you fuck with our family", Logan said as he and Elizabeth eyes shine bright. Then a second later the whole forest was covered in both light and darkness that looked eeriely beautiful.

"Mom,dad"!. Gray screamed but even though the forest was completely destroyed he couldn't find them. Then after moving around through the forest for sometime, he saw a light through the dust and started running towards it. Arriving were his home used to be a giant crater has left. And in it he saw a woman with bloody white wings and a man with dragon like horns protruding from his head and two black wings from his back. "MOM,DAD"!,he shouted as he run towards them with Marie just behind him. "Hey Gray, not in my best shape am I", Logan said with a weak smile on his face as he tried to sit up.
"Dad what happened"?,Gray said with a horrified expression as he noticed a gaping hole in his father's chest that was ozing blood out like a broken fountain. Bringing Elizabeth's cold body to himself Logan ruffled Gray's hair.
Listen to me Gray I need you to do something for- . Coughing out some blood he gripped the body of his dead wife harder and continued. "I need you to go to the dark regions and reach a city called Luna City. And when you reach there I want you to find a man called Ray Bloodvine and give him the shadow core in your hands, can you do that for me"?.
Nodding Gray tried to stop the bleeding with tears in his eyes. "Gray", Logan said as he placed a finger on Gray's head. As the finger touched him he was immediately assaulted with unimaginable pain. It was as if every bone in his body was being broken and reconstructing again. The pain would've been too much for any child to bear, but Gray relentlessly held on. "I and your mother can't be with guys all your lives but no matter what happens we will watch over you and guide you through out your journey. We love you with every fiber of our being , don't forget that. Gray who heard everything even though I pain saw his father touch Marie's hair and she fainted. Looking at Gray with a sad smile Logan and Elizabeth started to disappear into dust of light. " Goodbye Gray and continue to protect your little sister ". And with that both Marie and Gray fainted as their parents disappeared into fragments or light as the hugged each other.
