"The power system is no longer an issue, but the cloaking system is still far behind. It will take about a year to repair!"
Hearing Saturday's report, Artoria breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, the losses were stopped. Why did this Garfield eat everything? It needed to be properly taught what could and couldn't be eaten. Otherwise, similar losses would surely occur in the future. Thinking of this, Artoria's head throbbed. Educating a 'pet' is a headache for all pet owners. On one hand, there's pity, and on the other, it's hard to be strict because of affection. She decided to let others create a weight loss plan for Garfield and handle the food identification training; Artoria was now ready to pass the buck to someone else.
"Go back for now! I'll leave this place in your hands for the time being, Saturday."
After thinking it over, there was nothing left on this island that required her personal attention. Considering her brother's wedding date was approaching, Artoria prepared to return to New York. Gently patting Saturday's small head, Artoria gave her instructions and then turned to pack up and leave the island. Saturday touched her own head expressionlessly, and then the corners of her bionic skin curled up as if she were smiling.
"I am quite curious why you would target me."
While Artoria was returning to the United States, somewhere in Greece, Madam Hydra was looking at the guy in the red and black bodysuit who called himself Mr. Deadpool with a very dangerous gaze. She hadn't expected someone to find this place after her defeat, let alone kill so many of her subordinates. This made the string called'sanity' in her mind snap tight. Although the anger in her heart was about to reach its peak, Madam Hydra, who had held a high position for years, was no mere ornament. Every move she made carried a hint of seduction; she was like a disguised venomous snake, ready to strike a fatal blow once the prey let its guard down.
"Damn it, I should have asked for a higher price, beautiful! Your head's price has gone up again, much higher than I expected. Now let me cut it off and put it in... I don't have a backpack, so it'll just have to suffer in my crotch. Don't worry, I'll treat it well; after all, it's worth a lot of money."
The bullet holes and blade wounds on his body had already recovered. Deadpool shook his head, holding a gun in one hand and a sword in the other, provocatively speaking his crude words to Madam Hydra, without any awareness of being a superhero. His behavior was like a hoodlum. Madam Hydra, who had been suppressing her anger, felt the string in her head snap the moment she heard Deadpool's words. All cultivation and logic were thrown out the window. Now she had only one thought: she wanted to kill this guy, cut off his head, and then sew that damn foul mouth shut. She ordered her remaining subordinates to attack the guy while she looked for a chance for a one-hit kill from the side.
"This sword from the boss is great. If you smell it carefully, it still has the scent of the Mexican chicken rolls I ate yesterday. So good! But there's also a bit of a bloody smell; it seems this sword was also used by its Master to chop 'Mexican chicken rolls'."
After getting this sword from Artoria, Wade had been practicing. Now he was very accustomed to using it. He had just found information on one of his targets. Although he had to chase them quite far, he believed his beautiful boss would reimburse his travel expenses. He intoxicatedly smelled the hilt and then the blade. Having been a mercenary, Wade understood instantly that this sword had tasted human blood. His goddess-like boss actually killed people; it was truly a wonderful surprise. After his internal monologue, Deadpool took the sword made of Adamantium and began a slaughter. After all, few metals could surpass such an alloy. Madam Hydra was unlucky enough to encounter such a sword Master wielding a pseudo-divine weapon who wasn't afraid of death.
"This guy is so much like that Mutant, Logan. This kind of recovery ability is just too similar."
Madam Hydra, observing from the side, frowned as she analyzed. The data in her head instantly matched a Mutant. Logan, who had been a soldier, was somewhat famous in world War I and World War II. She naturally remembered such a figure, especially since he was one of the representative figures of Professor X's side.
"Shit, the target got away again."
After quickly clearing out the minions, Deadpool looked up to see a dummy standing where Madam Hydra had been. It turned out that Madam Hydra, seeing things were going south, had fled. Although she had prepared a needle of poison for Deadpool, considering his characteristics, she didn't know if the poison would work. Madam Hydra used an empty tube to collect some of the blood Deadpool left on the ground, placed the dummy there to make Deadpool think she was still there while fighting, and then she ran.
"What a cunning broad. Now I can't get the money again. Forget it, I'll go slaughter that pale, kidney-deficient guy first! Who's going to reimburse my plane ticket? Author, reimburse me..."
Seeing the target was gone, Deadpool angrily fired a few more shots at the corpses on the ground, but there was nothing he could do since she had fled. Deadpool could only dejectedly return the way he came. Before leaving, he knocked on the narrator's head and extorted the round-trip airfare and meal expenses, regardless of the narrator's already empty wallet. But Deadpool! If Captain America heard what you said about the Winter Soldier, he would be angry; after all, those two are very close friends.
"That jerk."
Back home, Artoria silently hung up after hearing Deadpool's phone call. He wanted money without completing the mission? Not a chance. He had already been paid a third of the deposit and still wanted more. Just how much money can this guy spend? What a bastard. No wonder Captain America and the others refuse to acknowledge him as a hero; with this personality, he's just a jerk.
"Artoria, do you want some apple pie?"
But that wasn't enough to give Artoria a headache. What gave her the biggest headache was being surrounded by beautiful women. Galacta and Gaea weren't here; they were both in their rooms. But now in front of Artoria was Maya handing her apple pie, Hope and Gwen watching TV, Susan and Raven making coffee together, Wanda looking at Artoria somewhat restrainedly, and Helen Cho studying Artoria's decorations. This group of women had somehow all moved into her home.
"I was afraid you'd be lonely, my dear child."
Just as Artoria was looking at the several cars at her front gate with a face full of question marks, a text from her dear mom left Artoria with a dead-fish stare. She now knew why this group of women had come to live at her house. If her place wasn't large enough, it really wouldn't have fit so many people. But wasn't Mom setting her up? Letting so many people live together, aren't you afraid I'll turn to stone? She was someone who loved peace and quiet; she really wasn't used to it being this lively.
"It's actually quite delicious."
No matter how much her heart collapsed, she still had to eat the food. Artoria took a bite of the apple pie. This didn't seem to be the handiwork of her maid sisters. After all, having eaten their cooking for so many years, Artoria was long accustomed to it, and she realized immediately that this wasn't theirs. It seemed it must have been made by one of these people. Looking at the silly-grinning Maya, Artoria immediately ruled her out. This girl could cook? Definitely not.
"A godly assist from Aunt Maria. Being able to be close to Artoria all the time is great."
Maya watched Artoria eat the apple pie she had bought and happily gave a thumbs up to her future mother-in-law. She didn't expect such a happy time. When she received the notice from Aunt Maria, she was startled and so surprised that she stopped working and started packing to move. Although several of them arrived here together, there was no disharmony between them. They exchanged a tacit glance and began their forceful move-in.
